Simple to use - works great

Laptop shuts down during backup. I sent minidump file and error code. They responded asking me to send the mididump and error code. I sent them again and no response after 3 days.

Merged my unallocated disk space that windows was not able to extend.

Fake "FREE" program, It says it should allow for free to clean disk with zero sectors but once you start the process It actually asks you to buy the premium versione to keep going even if this feature Is listed as a Free One.. nice scammers!

lies about being a freeware. You can't partition a disk for free.

It is a no thrill yet complete solution to backup and restore any system. On top of all it is free. I have a PRO paid version on my main laptop, and the free version on laptops like the one I have just been restoring. It is fast, very reliable, and has all the functions I might think of

I have been using Aomei for about 3 years and I can assure their products are great.
All of them have a user-friendly interface, very straight forward and are as good as any other of their competitors.

I paid for an AOMEI back upper edition and never received a "license code", making the product impossible to register. They sent a "registration code" which does nothing. Then support fell off the face of the earth, including a request to return my payment.

While the product worked okay, they continued to charge my credit card even though I cancelled my subscription and had verification of said cancellation. I had to cancel my credit card to stop these charges.

I bought this app to extend a space on a partition on one VHD to another VHD. Like Microsoft's free Disk Management app, this software can only extend/shrink partitions on the same disk. They say they are replacing Partition Magic, which could have handled this task. Instead, this app is merely a dressed-up form of Disk Management.

The easiest backup and cloning tool out there. Definitely worth the money!

Whenever I need help in the backup process and cloning process, AOMEI Backupper has been my greatest support. Even the free version of its, is really helpful. Since the first ever time concerning the backup and restore thing, this was the one and only one software I rely one. There were other software also appearing randomly as the suggestions. But when time comes in which I'm on the other Pc(s) in which the software isn't installed, I just remember to download this software first.

Trying to move my data from my laptop to a new pc. I followed the instructions on AOMEI's site, but it not only didn't work, it caused issues with the new pc that required me reinstalling windows to resolve. As it was within the 90 day refund grace I sent an email asking for a refund. Instead I've gotten replies that just repeat what the instructions on the site said and imply I should just try again. I've just sent a third request stating I don't trust the product enough to try a 2nd time. I should not have to ask for a refund 3 times. If I'm not given a refund after this I will call my credit card company to try and resolve the issue through them.

So i had a breakdown on my pc and i had to restore it from scratch...
That is to say ..... install all my programs again.
I lost all my software keys wich were stupidly saved on my system drive.
One email to AOMEI and they replied with two reset keys.
There software rocks! It's simply easy to use, and not expensive.
