This is an appalling insurer

This is an appalling insurer. Really slow turnaround time, unresponsive, capped amounts. This company is the epitome of what a consumer thinks about insurance firms and any organisation or individual looking to subscribe to their services should stay away. It's not worth the time or energy.

Terrible insurer

The app is terrible and they systematically return all claims of more than 200$ even when you submit all their ridiculous paperwork to try to tire you into not claiming.
They use your patience like I've rarely seen. Once they returned a claim asking to explain what happened, I specifically filled in their GHS form explaining the accident (child falling - what is unclear about that?) but they find excuses to make the reimbursement last as long as possible.

Bad Claims Experience and Inaccurate advise

Claims was submitted sometimes in april 2023 and claims was only approved in August. Happened to know that pre hospitalisation are covered as well and proceed to give them for reimbursement. To my surprised, they rejected and give me the reason of late submission in august which i already notified in april.

Cashless TCM entited to claims $50.
but only paid out $10.00 because tuina is not covered. i specifically called in to double confirm if tuina is covered and their customer service officer say yes.

Absolutely terrible. They do everything they can to stop you making claims (a non working app) and then approve and don't pay .. when you follow up they say it was declined.
