Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Ordered two garden benches early June - after a month they told me my order has been cancelled due to 'oversell' - despite the benches still being available to order on the website! Since then they've been continually stringing me along regarding the refund. Repeatedly telling me that it was actually processed later than they'd said before. Just rang my bank and I have NO pending refund. I'm at my wits end. Wanted the garden benches to enjoy my garden with my kid this summer, and I don't have the money to order from elsewhere before getting my money back!! So angry and upset.
