Everything was perfect!!! Definitely worth to stay in!!!

Arrived several hours early via ferry from Helsinki and apartment owners were only too happy to allow us to store our luggage in their storage room until our apartment was ready.They also showed the exact same consideration when we left as ferry wasn't departing for several hours after checkout time.

Whilst it required 2 trains and a tram to get to the apartment from where ferry berths,the Swedish rail system is 2nd to none and so simple to use that there was no effort required really to find the apartment.

Upon entering and given that apartment is brand new,it really does have the wow factor.

Very clean and well set out and even had door to lovely small private patio area.

Staff went out of their way to assist with a few small issues and we even were given the privilege of trying their new welcome plate which contained chocolates,tea,coffee and sugar-what a lovely surprise.

There is a supermarket located just one block away and several eateries also very close by.

The walk along the nearby canal is just gorgeous and there is a children's playground available on the premises.

It is very easy to get in and out of Stockholm itself as tram stop is also located just one block away.

Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment we really loved the old worldliness and atmosphere experienced in the area We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Stockholm very quiet street and central to everything Joan Yeend

I liked a lot our apartment for its location and also the "original" style that gave me the idea of an old flat in city style.
At the same time I'd like to let you know the weak points of the accomodation as described below, so that you can provide the necessary measures:

1_ we declared at the booking we were 3 persons, but we found only 2 beds ready at our arrival. It was late and we were tired: it was unlpleasant to go around and look for bed equipment, take off the bed fron the sofa (very old and almost distroyed); it was hard to pull it out and fix it.
2_ for the same reasons as discribed before, it was very unconfortable to sleep in the sofa be; the lower part was completely collapsed, as to costrict to lay down in perpendicular upright position. Luckily there was not a 4th person (!)
3_ the electric equipment is old and almost dangerous if childrens are around. There's not a wall socket by the studio couch to permit night reading.
4_ impossible to open the windows (old and broken frames)!!
This I ought to report in order to take care of our mutual interests.

Im not staying in hotels anymore in Stockholm.......this both cheaper and much much more luxury and much better space.

great location and comfort and great apartments.

Good conditions, good location, good apartment!

nice clean appartment, although pots and cutlery were not clean and had to be washed before use.

This is an apartment in a residential building, in a neighborhood of Stockholm. We didn't meet the owner or any of his representatives, we were just given the access codes. But, being used with this type of service, I appreciated every single minute I spent in this apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised, the building itself was clean and quiet and gave me an upscale feeling. I found parking just in front of the building, which added to the overall positive experience.

The apartment was spacious, clean and most of all had free wifi. Easy to self cater as a Coop and bottle shop just down the street. Close to the main walking street that takes you down to the harbour.

For me it was a very good system working with codes in stead of a reception.
The appartment was good with all the equipment you need.

Location was 10 minutes walking from everthing.

We stayd in Stockholm for two nights. The ApartDirect was the perfect place to stay. We visited the opera and it was a walk away. The place was very quiet and very nice. It would have been nice to have some shampoo available, otherwise everything was just perfect.

The apartment was clean, well located in a quiet area and easily accessible by tramway and metro.

Apartment was very easy to access, no need for meet and greet. Apartment was light and pleasant. Straightforward to travel from and to once the 3 day passes were obtained. Convenient supermarkets and shops with all you would want.

the hotel is located just outside of Stockholm center, in a modern and pleasant area , very convenient (supermarket and tramway at 3minutes).
The hotel is very clean, well decorated. The apartment is clear, in excellent state, the furniture is nice and convenient

We have spend 4 days in Stockholm for visiting the city. We are with a group of friends and prefer an apartement to a hotel. The apartment is locaded in the narrow streets of Gamla Stan, the old city center of Stockholm. You find there nice pubs and restaurants. We have visited almost the hole city by walking. A subway station is nearby. The apartment was clean an fits perfectly for 4 people to sleep and to have a quick meal. But if the bed in de livingroom is standing out , there is no many space left for a meeting in the livingroom. Also the curtains in the livingroom should be darker. As it was already daylight a 4 o'clock in the morning we were awake by the sun comming trough the windows.
We can recommend the place for a short stay.

Perfect, quiet location, but he Royal Castle and public transportation (undergroud, bus and Djurgårdsfärjan) just around the corner. A few minus signs for some details of the equipment in the apartment, but anyhow this is the atmosphere you can't get home. It think we'll meet again!

He had a very pleasant stay. Appartment 132 was perfect. It is very good situated in the City, Supermarket right around the Corner. We will definitely come back again :-)

Communication by email or by phone is surely efficient when everything's alright, but if you've got a problem at 10 pm nobody can help you...

Nice place to stay, comfortable, well connected to stockholm center, nice area.
