**** DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS…

**** DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SERVICE***. Refusing to provide a refund for a booking in the Gold Coast that we are unable to fulfil due to COVID-19 resulting in the closure of the QLD Borders. Taking our money for a service they are not and cannot provide. They say a refund is not available? Why? They have my money in their bank account?.Basically holding us to ransom if we don`t re-book with them within the next 12 months, if not they keep our money anyway. Given the time we are in, these funds could have assisted us to get through these very concerning times. Absolutely un-Australian. Not a practice to retain repeat customers in my playbook.
