I ordered an apostille for my birth certificate to get married in Mexico. They say they serve all 50 states so used my California birth certificate to get an apostille. They sent me back my true copy with apostille stamped and notorized from Kansas on my California birth certificate. In other countries like Mexico you need your birth certificate to have an apostille from the same state. It's absolutely worthless. They refuse to refund me. 236 dollars in the trash.
