I'm a happy Appleparts customer. Products are of good quality, never any trouble with delivery. Once I was allowed to return an item after the 14 days because I order with them regularly. That's the kind of treatment I like as a customer. Would recommend, for sure.

Wrong ssd delivered. No exchange.
Ik have a Model A1466 macbook air.
Was looking for a replacement ssd, more space needed. Got the wrong one in the mail and now they just changes the site data so i ordered wrong they say. Can't get money back or exchange for the right ssd.
Look for another suplier of you want service.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen voor het schrijven van een review, we stellen het echter wel op prijs als u een eerlijke mening schrijft. Daarom willen we dit verhaal even ophelderen.We schrijven dit antwoord in het Nederlands, omdat voorgaande communicatie via de mail ook in het Nederlands was. Op onze website staat bij het door u bestelde onderdeel met rode (vetgedrukte) letters “Let op, past niet op modellen uit 2010, 2011 en 2013 en later. Neem bij twijfel contact met ons op. Tevens wordt deze ssd speciaal besteld en kan daarom niet retour. We gaan er van uit dat u als ICT bedrijf voldoende kennis heeft om dan ook de juiste SSD te bestellen. Dat wij naderhand de advertentie zouden hebben aangepast in ons voordeel kunnen we dan ook gerust “onzin” noemen. Als klant beschikt u altijd over een orderbevestiging . De retouraanvraag was ruim buiten de door ons gehanteerde retourtermijn van 2 weken, dit was voor ons al voldoende reden om de retour te weigeren. Naar onze mening zijn wij daarom erg coulant geweest in het bieden van een oplossing n.l. een deel van het bedrag crediteren, of verrekenen met de juiste SSD. We betreuren dan ook deze (onterechte) slechte 1 sterren beoordeling.

Fast and great service and customer support.
Placed an order at the beginning of the week, and there was a problem with shipping because I miss typed my address.
When I called them they helped me right away and fixed it for me.
