Apple needs to explain ICloud jargon and use when asking customers to pay for iCloud storage. My texts were deleted without my authorization. Due to ‘syncing’ with the Cloud. Now the word ‘sync’ means info is here and somewhere else. If u are not ‘backing up’ u are still ‘synced’. WTF. why did the iCloud lose info and then ‘sync’ to my phone and delete info. On top of that some bozo over there told me to DISABLE ICLOUD CONNECTION AND DOWNLOAD. THANKS REPS FOR TELLING ME TO DOWNLOAD CORRUPTED INFO now I can’t even recover it.

1. I have recently purchased a new MAC and phone.

2. I have always received great apple support on the phone. Today I had a triple header: iPhone, MAC. and watch. KIA helped so much on the phone to make sure my devices were ok to erase and transfer my iWatch info.
GREAT SERVICE, They treated me as if i were the only person around and I know they were busy.

Had a 10:15 a.m. appointment to get my iPad mini 2 fixed it was stuck in recovery mode! After I couldn't fix it myself I contact Apple they simple made an appt for me at my nearest location. I arrived checked in was seen at the registered time. The young lady recovered my I
iPad to its original state with 20 min. People it's important for you to remember your password/sign in. Note: My iPad is over 10 yrs old, I use it specifically for my business/at home cameras/lighting applications. I did not want to purchase a new iPad at all, as I currently own two 'one for stated above and the 2nd for stress release GAMES etc'. Thank you Apple for truly coming through! I finally have updated all my security cameras and my iPad is holding a charge for hours.
