I needed to replace my cooker hood and, after looking at various websites, came across Appliance Planet. Their product descriptions were good and I was able to order exactly what I needed at a competitive price. The hood arrived within the timescale quoted and was well-packed and in perfect condition. I will certainly order from them again.

I ordered 4 products from appliance planet, some of which needed to be ordered in. The ordering process was very easy and I appreciated being able to log in and check the status of my order and estimated times.

Once the items were in stock (which was well within the 7 days allowed) I recieved a call asking me to choose a delivery date. I was sent a text message the day before re-confirming delivery and recieved a call the morning of the delivery advising me when to expect my order which was all very helpful.

I would definately use appliance planet again as they offered excellent value and the best delivery service I have experienced.

Wonderful from the first phone call to check if I was going to buy the right gas hob to the time it arrived. The person at the end of the phone was very helpful and patient and the price was the best I found. The hob arrived promptly, well packaged and undamaged. I would most certainly use the company again and have their website stored in the favourites folder.

I have Just bought another replacement carbon filter for my extractor hood . It was a branded item , and 50% cheaper than from the "Brand Company Website "This is the first company I will try in future , and have them added to my "Favorites List "

Recently bought a electric cooker when I got fed up following it with a local repair agency to come and fix it. Recently bought cooker hood and venting kit as we live in a cottage with v low ceilings staff were very helpful in advising us which hood to purchase all those new fang led ones have big chimney bits which wouldn't fit!!(unless we got a very low cooker) hood provided was delivered quickly and is just the job thank you very much!!

I recently purchased an american style fridge/freezer from Appliance Planet. I'd done my research for the item on line, decided on the type of unit most suited to my needs, and Appliance Planet not only proved to have the item, but also the absolute best price, saving more than £200 on competitors prices !!
24 hours after placing my order, customer service called to offer a choice of delivery days, and the delivery agent called on the evening prior to delivery with a time slot of 2 hours for the next day.
The fridge/freezer was delivered exactly on time and the drivers were excellent - even when the item proved to be too wide for entry at the front door, they unpacked the fridge/freezer outside and carefully moved it through the house to the position required. No fuss, no problems , no complaints.
I would definitely recommend Appliance Planet as a First Class company, very professional and most competitive on pricing. Excellent.
I look forward to dealing with Appliance Planet in the future.

I had researched the white goods I wanted and was looking through the many white goods online companies for the best deal. It is a bit of a mine field out there with normally one company offering the best deal on one particular item.
I knew Appiance Planet had all three of the items we wanted but was not the cheapest online on some of them. A few emails back and forth and they not only gave me a bulk discount (my order was over £2K) but also price matched the item that was more expensive on their site. Now this is rare!!! A few companies I spoke with would maybe offer a price match but not offer bulk discount and this in my eyes is credit to Appliance Plant, after all if you feel well looked after by a company, not only would you go back but you will quickly recommend them to someone else.
Delivery was a delight also, they honoured the delivery date even though it was a few weeks in advance, also gave me a timeslot and the delivery drivers were second to none!! Unboxed all of the items, took the packaging away and even assisted for longer than they should have with a big american fridge freezer due to its size getting it in the house. I have heard of some online companies simply dumping an item on the kerbside if you cannot get it in the house within 5 minutes!!

I ordered a telescope shelf for my Neff oven. It arrived promptly and was fitted next day. Excellent service and the cheapest on the Web. I would not hesitate to use Appliance Planet again in the future. A++++++ for price and A++ for Service.

I ordered the Sebo Disco Polisher attachment for our vacuum on line from Appliance Planet; the price was 20% less than the nearest competitor (based in Trafford centre) delivery was fast; warranty is for 5 years - excellent service and price - not a lot more to add. 10/10 to AP
