Good estate agent when buying a home but very poor aftercare. We have tried contacted several times and we just get ignored. Especially when we are first time buyers you would of thought a estate agent would help with the concerns we had but nope just completely ignored us so very very disappointment with the aftercare experience and now will not reccomend to others because of this
Appointmoor recently, marketed and sold my property - the property sold very quickly and the service they provided was excellent - particularly in the sale completion.
They were always on hand to give advice and kept me informed and up to date throughout the process. I found the whole team professional, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Phoned Saturday to make appointment to view property. I was the first to phone as I was told that property had only just gone on the market, told the first available appointment is Monday at 5.00 pm. Monday afternoon I was phoned by agent to say you can't view property as someone has seen it at 12.00 and pout down full deposit. I feel this behaviour is very unfair as I was to be the first one to view it. Explanation was a load of excuses. If I could I would give no stars.
