Excellent Customer Service !
I was online investigating cancelling existing mortgage related insurance policy and looking into taking life cover to ensure my family didn't have to find future funeral expenses - no sooner than filling in my phone number I had a call from Monique who thoroughly explained how she could cancel existing policy and replace with immediate life insurance cover - she explained options and went through various quote options with me. From 2nd March I will have hopefully have adequate cover to ensure my family will not have to worry about funeral expenses should I leave this world at any time in the next 22 years - thank you L&G

Your staff are friendly, helpful and personable. In our experience they gave us a sense that they are guiding you through the whole process and making sure you are comfortable with your choices and decisions. Excellent service, quick and efficient
As soon as I logged on I was greeted by Amna on a chat link. Once I had asked my question, she asked one of her colleagues (Kate Lawrence) to call me. I bought a life policy for my husband. Kate was helpful, friendly and gave excellent service.

They were ver quick and efficient in their dealings with me. Sam the customer services representative, was so helpful as i didn't really know what i wanted until i spoke with them. I just filed out the questionnaire form and they called me back with the best quotations
