UTTERLY APPALLING!
Trustpilot removed my last (GENUINE) review of my terrible experiences with the Aqua card.
EVERY time I try using it- I've only used it online- (I'd never dare try using it instore) it triggers a fraud alert and Aqua blocks my card! THEY ASK ME TO PHONE IN ON AN EXPENSIVE 0371 NUMBER TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS ME MAKING THE PAYMENT BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY TO PHONE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY? I AM THE ONLY PERSON WITH ACCESS TO THE CARD( WHICH I HAVE TOLD THEM)
Appalling "service"! Just tried using it today to find it is AGAIN blocked!!WTA??
UPDATE- AQUA'S LAST REPLY- (A FEW WEEKS AGO) TO THIS ISSUE SAID EXACTLY THE SAME THING WHICH THEY'VE SAID TODAY!
I CONTACT THEIR FRAUD DEPARTMENT EVERY TIME THE ISSUE OCCURS , THE CARD IS THEN "UNBLOCKED" BUT IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN!
UPDATE 24/8/26 IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH EVEN ON AN 0371 - PREMIUM NUMBER BECAUSE THEY'VE BLOCKED MY CARD - AGAIN! STILLON HOLD AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THE FRAUD TEAM TO UNBLOCK MY CARD.

Aqua is one of the best credit cards. I applied and got approval within 2 hours. After a few months I got an increase of 100%. This is unbelievable.
