This company has not delivered the item I paid for

This company has not delivered the product I ordered (28th Aug 2023) which was a Travel Berkey at the cost of £119.
They withdrew the money from my account at the time I made the order. It is now 10 business days since I ordered and no delivery of the item. Website states delivery within 5 - 8 business days. I have emailed them. Website states that they respond to customers within 24 hours but I have had no reply to the emails and the telephone number they give is not recognised when you call it. I researched the company on Google maps which shows a different business, nothing related to Aquaflit. So looks like this is a scam. I paid with my credit card so I am in the process of contacting my bank with the hope for a refund.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!
