Not only are they a dismal company who do not deliver what is promised. They have now used ratings on their "ratings page" that mimic the truspilot stars in colour and appearance.
And unlike the true trustpilot ratings that are all very bad, their page is all 4 and 5 stars. Remember they are not in Valencia but a seldom manned Bamboo wholesalers in Oliva with no bathroom ware stock carried. My advice run fort he hills.

Bought an electronic toilet never shipped by Aquastanding. They have mor3 than 1000 euro of my money since more than one year and they have not refund me. I have reported the police the case. They have scammed me.

I have been waiting for a order for over 50 days now & still no further on . I have sent email after email but a waste of time I have spent over €140 on a order & they have said they can’t find our house . What a load of crap I’ve had delivery’s from all over the world that get here no problem. So if this is fraud I want them in prison
I’m now going to report this so called company to the police on Monday

These people are thieves. Three months for a refund for a product that they could not provide and still nothing. I think they spend all day writing their own reviews for their website because I cannot believe that anyone ever gets any success from ordering from them.

Estas personas son ladrones. Tres meses para un reembolso por un producto que no pudieron proporcionar y todavía nada. Creo que pasan todo el día escribiendo sus propias reseñas para su sitio web porque no puedo creer que alguien haya tenido éxito con el pedido de ellos.

Ces gens sont des voleurs. Trois mois pour un remboursement pour un produit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fournir et toujours rien. Je pense qu'ils passent toute la journée à rédiger leurs propres critiques pour leur site Web car je ne peux pas croire que quiconque obtient jamais de succès de leur part.
