great customer service, good quality items and great delivery

Great quality fish, Reasonably priced and owner is well experienced in fish keeping

Ordered 25 6-7cm Malawi Cichlids over 2 orders. I asked for all males and yes I know they can't be guaranteed at that size but I had at least 7 females out of 25. I also asked for a Venustus and they sent a Livingstonii.
On the whole I'm not too impressed with the quality of the fish as all fish were really colourful when I received them but the colours on some faded after a couple of months. A bit of a gamble buying fish from ATYD. Your choice though.

absolutley great business and staff a placed an order all was good fish arrived but one did not make it through the trip I let them know and it was sorted out within 24hour new fish was sent and all I can say is the phone staff are great and I can reasure i will be a return customer with how good my experience with them has been if all businesses could take a leaf from there book especially customer care A+++++++++++++++++±++++++++±+++

The service from this company was first class from start to finish and I ended up with a beautiful female koi that arrived in perfect condition and started eating within the hour of being released into the pond I would use again and thoroughly recommend

Great choice, helpful people, healthy fish. Iv orderd from here many times over the years, fish have arrived perfect. Their prices are very good too. Just taken delivery on some gold severum, wow wow wow, they a present for hubby so I'm really pleased, all appear healthy, good size, bigger than I thought, excellent packing, delivery was great, easy ordering and a person there should you need advice, Suzanne is very helpful and knowledgeable.

They are very transparent with the sizes and prices of the fish. The quality of the fish is excellent and have always delivered healthy and stunning fish everytime I've used their service.

The fish were extremely well packaged when they were delivered and were in perfect condition when they arrived. They have lovely personalities and have clearly been well. The communication was really good and we were given tracking details for the fish. We would totally recommend this company.

Great company and service. I bought some very small arowana and bicirs one of each died. Which for the size of them can easily happen. I messaged to inform them and ask their opinion.
They offered to replace them instantly.
Even though I hadn't asked and hadn't taken a pic of the two dead fish.
They were happy to accept a video of the healthy ones.
Really impressed with them and will be buying many more from them. 👍😁😁😁

Sue, Danni and James all charming and helpful. However, I asked for a call back from the boss to try and resolve a problem. Call back never happened so I called again to explain that my fish had arrived but instead of the 5-6” I had asked for, I received 3-4”. Spoke to the OWNER of this company, David, who talked over me repeatedly and was incredibly rude in every way. I did not ask for compensation, different fish, or a refund, I called simply to alert him to an obvious mistake - which he denied in no uncertain terms. Wouldn’t dream of dealing with them again due to the appalling attitude of the owner. Clearly the company’s “boss” relies on - and hides behind - his “on line” presence and prefers not to have telephone contact with honest customers.

Enquired about advice for grass carp weed management. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks despite a promised call back. Made an order which arrived all fine as weed was growing and growing. 2 days later recieved the advice i needed to quadruple my order again. Wouldn't discount the delivery despite it being their advice i was trying to follow. Second order due for Wednesday so I arrange a day off work, late Monday updated it's coming teusday 7.00-13.00. It's now gone 17.00 no fish, shop refusing to answer the phone a second time despite promising to chase it up and get back to me. This has cost me the extra £20 delivery, and now a days work as a self employed person, am I going to loose a SECOND days worth of pay tomorrow?

After two other online retailers had palmed me off with Glass Bloodfin tetras, I finally got what I wanted from aquatics to your door. Argentine Bloodfins, Aphyocharax anisitsi. Thank you so much.
