I recently used this company to order 2 stools with a lead time of 8-10 weeks. I was continually chasing up for info, they made no effort to keep me informed which was irritating as these are expensive items and one expects a minimum of customer service. Worse still after 13 weeks wait the wrong items turned up and again I am having to chase for info. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Uber professional. Ordered online, came in a few days. Beautiful item, nothing bad to say :)
I recently left a negative review of another retailer with the worst customer service imaginable. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, even if it's deserved, so I feel I should leave a good one for balance.
I recently ordered from Aram through the online shop. I had been hunting for a specific item that had sold out everywhere and thought I was in luck to find it here. Sadly, I got an email explaining an error and that this item was unavailable. Despite my disappointment, the email was received swiftly with a short but well-justified explanation and the offer of a few solutions to resolve the matter. I chose a replacement instead of a refund.
Following my response, I was notified it'd been shipped, and as an added apology, I will get a 20% discount. Whilst I was already impressed with the professionalism, the discount was a nice touch. It demonstrates how sorry they were for the mistake.
The whole experience was a masterclass in how any b2c seller should handle issues like this - they happen - and it reaffirmed my trust in the company. They appear to be good people, well organised and I'd happily shop again.
