PARCLED DUMPED NO RESPECT

Parcels bkeing dumped with no security. Drivers do not text customers as per instructons. Drivers are arrogant with ear plugs in their ears while your are trying to have a conversation. Worst Company I have ever dealt with in 8 years. I refuse to purchase off anyone who uses them. If it doesnt fit in the letterbox then it should be delivered to your door. These units are independent and people have MS, Alzeimers, Age Senility' Arithitis. Pls SHOW SOME RESPECT

DISASTER

DISASTER - SHOCKING COMPANY
my parcel delivered to a matching house number 660 meters away from the delivery address ON A DIFFERENT STREET, WITH A DIFFERENT STREET NAME... and with a laughable proof of delivery which is a picture of the top of the box, nothing else - IT COULD HAVE BEEN AT A FREEKING OPERA FOR ALL YOU COULD SEE - turkeys, you are a bunch of turkeys ...
You also attached the AUTHORITY TO LEAVE just to wipe your hands clean in your spineless jellyfish model of a business you run...
Just a little tip, there's an amazing technology out called GPS, lmao, how about checking it out, works a treat compared to the old paper maps you are using... How this can happen 2024, it's just laughable - very little grey matter required, no science required, just follow the bouncing ball to the destination and deliver your customers product as requested and paid for... how hard do you make this simple simple process? And you have the nerve to send such pathetic supporting documentation- please get help.
I have had numerous deliveries by these fools and EACH AND EVERY DELIVERY WITHOUT FAIL IS A FAIL... give me DHL, Australia post, or ANY OTHE DELIVERY COMPANY any day - never EVER EVER again... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID they just don't know what the f they are doing!

Aramex Maldives employees are terrible.

Aramex employees always has a terrible attitude when dealing with customers. They stopped delivering packages to other islands except for the capital after sometime, we weren't aware of that and asked why we didn't receive our delivery and why Aramex is asking to collect it from the capital. We kept telling our shipping address is not in capital. After so many frustrating arguments with the employees only did they tell us that they stopped the delivery to our island/city. It was embarrassing because if we knew that before we wouldn't have argued and wasted so much time for absolutely nothing.

Zero tracking

Every time I try to track anything it shows “Your parcel has been picked up by one of our couriers” and this never changes. No expected delivery date, no current location since the pick up location, nothing. And it’s so far been 2 weeks since they picked up my parcel. Apparently it takes more than 2 weeks to get a hand sized box from Melbourne to Brisbane.

Rubbish courier service

I really don't know how this company stays in business, packages are always delayed, there website isn't user-friendly, I've had a package in transit from Auckland to Rotorua for 5days, it's a 4hr trip, I'll never ordered anything from a company that uses them

Disappointed, very slow delivery time.

Disappointed. Purchases from Auckland NZ have taken up to 2 weeks to arrive in Dunedin NZ. I have taken to messaging sellers and asking them to please send via NZ post instead. It might be slightly more expensive, but at least goods arrive promptly ie 2 to 4 days.

Very unreliable for all services sending, receiving and tracking

I don't usually write reviews and I feel really bad for this but had to do everyone a favour here and holding hope it will help change their service.

Time and again, Aramex's service and tracking capabilities have failed me.

I used to sell some secondhand luxury goods and my handmade products on a trusted platform here in New Zealand. They have this courier company as a cheaper option than NZ Post but they are so unreliable in comparison. It's not always bad, but it's a draw of luck and usually ends up bad.

Firstly, you book a date in for pick up and 4 out of 5 times, they don't pick it up. Won't even message you or anything. You just have to book another date and hope for the best. I have stopped booking through them.

Secondly as a receiver, the tracking link will say "onboard with delivery vehicle, out for delivery" and it will take at least 3 more days in this status before it gets delivered, if at all. Makes you wonder by the 3rd day if it was stuck under the seat or was it completely lost.

This is my long way of saying they are so unreliable. They are of course a legitimate company, but I never consciously would I ever choose them again.

Very bad service with aramex in morocco…

Very bad service with aramex in morocco over 2 weeks and not yet cleared from customs while i have already paid aramex for transit fees and also for customs fees . I will never use aramex or recommend in morocco . They dont have sense of responsibility. Very late and complicated service. Aramex in morocco is a scam . Order value 19 usd and they ask me to pay 40 usd for customs + 10 usd for transit . Double price . Big scammers

I do not trust this company at all

I do not trust this company at all, and would rate them as 0/5 if I could. We wish we had read the thousands of extremely angry reviews online prior to ordering goods from a local business. There is even a Change.org petition to have Aramex removed from Australia. The staff lied to us and even admitted they lied. They are not interested in helping locate orders that they failed to deliver multiple times. We will definitely never again order from any supplier who uses their services - they are therefore impacting decent Australian businesses. Recommend reporting this company to ACCC if you have trouble with missing or damaged goods, as costs should not be borne by the suppliers or their customers.

Repeatedly let down by local franchisee

My parcel was picked up in Auckland and departed (according to their tracking system) for Wellington on 02 Feb - the next day the status changed to “delayed” and stayed that way for 7 days! I logged an enquiry online after 3 days and a follow up after 7 days - no responses. Finally the status changed to awaiting delivery courier but again, sat in that status for over 24 hours. Called the Wellington branch and got a robotic person who obviously was there to take details and pass them on internally - I could hear how busy it was in the background so can only assume there were a lot of people like me calling.
I’d point out, I ordered 2 other items from Auckland sellers AND one from Australia which all arrived within 3 days.

This is far from the first time Aramex have provided terrible service and I’ve spoken to many others in the same situation. Their franchise model certainly seems to be falling apart - just google it.

I’ve now begun checking with retailers and sellers if they use Aramex exclusively - if they don’t offer NZ Post or NZ Couriers…I shop elsewhere now. I’m happy to pay more for better service.

I have only ever had bad experiences of Aramex

On 12th January I bought a part I urgently need to fix my car which is stuck in the garage. I am off a bus route in West Auckland so have been unable to get out except by hitch hiking. When I heard that the Wellington based car parts' firm had sent the item with Aramex my heart sank as I have usually had bad experiences with Aramex in the past. Sure enough they gave the rural courier from NZ Post the wrong address with the consequence that it got dropped back with NZ Post to be re directed (according to the tracking details) Now it is the last day of the month and it has not arrived despite numerous calls to Aramex and NZ Post and false assurances that it would be sorted out and I would be kept informed The tracking details show no further records after it got dumped off in the NZ Post rural sorting office

Aramex Changed the suburb…

Aramex australia Changed the suburb from that stated by shipper and original courier in UK (DPD) refused to fix now have to pick-up from depot (2hr drive) on top of that held package on Sydney for 14 days with no movement to Perth. Do not ever use them

Pathetic!!!

Pathetic!!!
Actually, beyond pathetic.
Now I am getting a refund from the seller for the item they have lost (they probably didn't even look for it and the seller has to pay for their negligence) and then have to buy the same item again, and before buying I have to confirm with the new seller that they are not using Slowway Couriers.
What a waste of time, not to mention all the efforts trying to find out where my parcel is.
I have literally wasted hours with them and this case and now I have to buy my item again and wait for it. From now on I will contact all sellers who use "Free Shipping" to make sure they are not using Slowway (or is it Lostway?) Couriers.

If I could rate them -10 I would have. An absolute nightmare. They don’t answer emails or complaints, they don’t update you on your order and the worst is they’d blame on someone else. Honestly I will not be using their services ever again!
