Awful 'specialist'
today, August 14, 2024, at 2:30 PM, I attended a scheduled appointment with the company’s consultant. The assigned consultant from Arboned did not listen to my situation at all and, without having any medical reports on my physical, moral, or psychological condition, allowed himself to be rude to both me and my partner. This so-called "specialist" demonstrated incompetence and unprofessional behavior towards me and my partner, going so far as to insult us. During the few minutes of the meeting (which lasted about 7 minutes), he exerted psychological and moral pressure on me, not allowing me to speak, expressing disdain, arrogance, and distrust towards my explanations, and ultimately, he rudely forced my partner and me out of the room.
I consider the actions of this so-called "specialist" from the company to be a violation of medical ethics and the basic principles of interpersonal communication with me as a patient. His actions and offensive remarks towards me and my partner are unacceptable. I regard all of the above as a GROSS MISCONDUCT on the part of Mr. X.
Mr. X was completely unprepared for the meeting and did not have full information about what was discussed during the previous consultation. He also did not have a report from my Huisarts. Due to Mr. X's behavior and his lack of information about my condition, this meeting cannot be considered valid, as he was unable to make an adequate assessment in such a short period of time (about 7 minutes).
I complained to another Arboned employee about Mr. X's unethical behavior. I was advised to contact Arboned’s representative to arrange a new appointment and to request a new meeting through the HR department of the company where I work.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I am aware of my rights and demand that the pressure on me cease immediately. It is illegal to force me to return to work when I am not ready, as there are medical reports from an experienced doctor supporting this. Similarly, it is illegal to threaten to stop my salary payments during my illness.
I consider all these actions to be psychological pressure on me.
