I recently ordered a Rosa Jasmina (Kordes) via Bol.com and received the plant today. Thank you for the delivery. However, I have some concerns:

The plant appears to be significantly more mature than expected.

The main (central) stem has been cut, and only side branches are present.

I’m worried that this might not be the correct variety (Rosa Jasmina) but possibly a different rose.

Given that this plant was listed as out of stock until just a few days ago, I’m concerned that a substitution may have been sent.

I kindly ask for your confirmation that the plant is indeed the correct Rosa Jasmina from Kordes, or if not, please advise ohow to proceed.

The lack of response to e-mails or texts is astounding for what is clearly a large enterprise. Seeing that this is the only way to contact them (only contact methods on the website), I was essentially ignored despite wishing to place a large order. I have now placed an order on their website and await delivery of the 1,463 plants.

they send the wrong plants and when they are returned they do not return the money! I will never buy from them again! cheaters!

I ordered a young Cytisus Laburnum Anagyroides, very nice the way they packed safely the plant, and quick in the delivery, I'm very satisfied.

t is a very rude service which does not deliver your order and refuses to refund the money... Avoiding email and phone calls.

Keep away from that website unless you want to get robbed.
