I've ordered from Archonia for years, they're trustworthy and everything's always packaged well! They're still my go-to website for manga since it's usually cheaper here. I've also used their box system for a while (which is essentially just their 'pay later' system) and it really helped with figure preorders!

However, I don't order figures from them that often anymore since it's a lot more expensive than ordering straight from Japanese webshops like amiami.

So excited to find a site that sells manga in English in mainland Europe and even more excited with how fast it arrived! Loved the featured artist bookmark that was included as well! 10/5⭐️

Ordered a couple of times from them. Each time the books and manga came within a couple of days, and in perfect condition. Big selection of manga, fair price, easy ordering process, that's more than enough for me. Will order from them again.

I ordered a figure a month ago, came in with 0 problems and on the day delivery said it would. Ordered another 2 figures 2 days ago, but messed up the shipping adress. I contacted the customer service and email of the company to change the adress, and they did as fast as they could. Amazing customer service and service in general.

I now have 73 orders at Archonia over the past 7 years and I only had 1 issue with an item not being available and being sent a long time after ordering. I have had a very pleasant experience buying my dungeons and dragons figures from them (and definitely will continue to do so).

I recently had to cancel my order with Archonia because the items were unfortunately never received. However, the experience I had with their customer service was outstanding. Communication was clear, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.

I was especially impressed with how smoothly the refund was handled after 6 months of placing the order—I received the money back in my bank account as refunding through PayPal wasn't an option anymore after 6 months and I received the money without any issues. It’s rare to find such reliable and courteous service these days.

Even though this order didn’t work out, I truly appreciate how Archonia managed the situation, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Delivery on time and does good customer service

I'm now sourcing the manga needs of myself and my daughter now for the last few month via arachonia, and had a very good experience. All titles are available (or marked very transparent as reordered). Shipping is fantastic, the items arrive fast, and actually in mint condition. The staff is available, and very helpful. All points that put them way above the big bad {not a river in south-america} :D

Bought a couple of manga of their website. It was a great experience!! If your somebody like me who worry about buying manga online regarding packaging? Then don't!! Great packaging of manga with bubble wrap to keep everything safe during a bumpy ride. My new favorite manga store to buy.

i’ve been ordering on archonia for a couple years now (and my partner for even longer), and it’s been great :) most figures that are on amiami are available on archonia a couple days after, and even though the preorders arrive a little bit later than in japan, there’s no fees so it’s very much worth it. available items ship out very fast, and there’s a pretty large selection.
i haven’t ever had a problem, but if i have any questions, costumer service is always very nice and responds within a day.

Archonia is very slow, all pre-orders are at Archonia are slow, you would think you would get your order around the release day in Japan, but nope...
Prices are bad, also you can't cancel orders yourself
Package from Archonia are well packed, every order comes with a bookmark.
Fun to collect but FOMO if you want to collect them all..... and points also have a time limit.... so 2 times FOMO.

Fast shipping to the Netherlands, fair prices sometimes a bit more expensive then amazon but the way it is packaged is very good. I would rather buy my manga's here.

I have been buying all my anime/manga related goods from Archonia for some years now and the service has always been amazing. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend this store.

Been shopping here for about a year now and everything is perfect! Usually such stores have some hiccups with their customer service but I have genuinely never had issues with Archonia. Love the option of paying for pre-orders only when they're in stock, no deposit required!

I've bought two funko pop figures from the hello kitty and friends x naruto shippuden collab. one is chocoat (sasuke), the other one is badtz maru (itachi). they are so expensive on Amazon. i've found the sasuke one for 25€ and the itachi one is even 55€!!! that is hella expensive for these tiny figures. thank god I came across this shop in the internet! I've bought both on Archonia for 14.99€ each. It came fast and very secure delivery. I'm definitely gonna buy again here. thank you so much!

I've ordered few items (made two different orders) and they were sent super fast. One order got stuck on post because of the Dutch Post fault, but the very helpfull team of Archonia helped me out and resolved the problem very quick.

I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE! Great place for nerds and geeks :)
