Extremely difficult to get what you are entitled to.

Reset link for new password never arrived as the website does not work the way it was designed.

As it would not has been enough, they are refusing send to you what you are entitled to despite you are not able to connect to the website that clearly does not working.

The customer service does not seems to be bothered too much if the slightest; it is clearly your problem; not ours.

As it would not have been enough they have on their website phone number to the Construction Line to where I was calling when I have had problem with the registration process that certainly was not straight forward; more like the opposite direction.

When I called there I was not able to get any information that could help me sort out the problem with the registration process the slightest.

When I was sorting the following problems with their not working website they were stopped using the phone of the Construction Line, but different number, which is in my eyes even more weird or odd or ridiculous.

I do not recomnend.

They are diabolical they charge you 22£to pay you
your wages. Tho when asked they cannot break down where this 22£ is used total shut companyand they giving companies 10£ kick back for having you added in their system.
Stay clear these waste of space money grabbing ppl. There are cheaper and better payroll contractors out there there profits in excess 1mill £s a Yr by charging the working man.
