False Advertising / internet scam / DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA if you might want to return purchase.
Ardorgirl Swimsuits is a bait and switch misleading operation/ company .Purchased 8 items, 7 arrived 21 days later.One item never arrived. Tracking #s not provided. 4 items defective. Communication with seller is NON existent. 6 attempts made to initiate returns. No response.
Ardorgirl Swimsuits operates under the chain supply company, 广州晶闪供应链管理有限公司 . (Source Bloomberg Business ) A chain supply company is a shipping warehouse. Zero quality control. 3 items arrived as described. 4 items defective. One item never sent . The company violates their return policy.
"Returns and exchanges are allowed within the first two weeks of receiving unworn with tags etc. The buyer must first contact service@Ardorgirl to initiate the return exchange process. Items sent back without instruction will not be credited/ exchanged."

The form of purchase payment was Paypal. Purchase was scald to a claim.Dispute with the seller since June 2 months. In the meantime I filed a report with the FBI Internet Crime Division as well as the local police. The time and effort spent on the situation is to help other consumers from being taken advantage of/ robbed/ scammed and to encourage Paypal NOT to allow Ardorgirl Swimsuits to use their payment services.

Paypal claim turned into a case. After one month Ardorgirl provided Paypal return information and would credit me once they received returns. The package was marked return cargo. It remains on HOLD in China customs.... Thats because they are ignoring the customs notice ...

Very bad. I have ordered my item and then I discovered that it was not available. Very bad.

The returns are nonexistent. After include a completely inaccurate product description- a 100% linen product that actually came as polyester. Here’s the last response after a lot of back and forth basically no refund unless they can resell the item. I requested an address to send for refund as soon as I received the item:

The size m of the bikini looks more than s! And i had to pay post office fee!

Terrible company. Never received my order. They say delivery company is responsible, the delivery company sent a letter saying they did not receive merchandise. They just continue sending the same email message to me: check your order status, it says delivered. I imagine they don’t even speak English. Save your money!

I got click baited through an Instagram ad and should have known better not to buy due to the cheap prices. A month after ordering with no word I was told an item was out of stock - it took 3 or 4 times back and forth to get a refund issued (they wanted me to pick another item and then kept trying to offer me discounts etc). Finally I was able to get refunded, but they refunded me for the cheapest item, not that one that was out of stock and then another month has passed before receiving only 2 or the 3 remaining items I had ordered.. it is truly not worth the hassle. I hardly ever write reviews but am hoping I can save someone the headache.

I didn’t receive any email confirmation after payment. 14 days and delivery is not yet received. I have no idea if it’s a scam or I will receive my 140$ order.

Same as the others here, they sent me horribly poor quality suits. Tears and rips already in them and want ME to pay for return shipping to china! Offered 10% refund. Do not waste your time or money!

Would give a “0” for customer service -Want me to incur shipping back to China not Springfield Gardens NY where it was shipped from and negotiate 15% discount on new order because they sent wrong size Either way if fit was wrong or damaged I would have to send to China - NOT happening! Will never shop from this website if I can’t return to NY address!! Horrible customer service Take your money and run attitude?

If I could give them a lower score I would!
Ordered a bikini which arrived with a faulty top. I requested a refund or replacement or a reply paid option to return goods. They are trying to negotiate a 10% refund which is not acceptable. It should at the minimum be 50%. It should not even be a back and forward conversation. Faulty goods = refund or replace!!
Do not order from this company they are unprofessional and dogey.
