Good quality swimsuit. Nit worn it yet
Arrived quickly. Ordered two because I wasn’t sure of sizing. VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN. Royal Mail was advised by Arena and it cost me over £5.00 postage . Fortunately swimsuit was reduced from full price so it wasn’t quite as bad as it could have been

Brilliant goggles (our third of the same pair). My son loves them for training and competing, although you do need to look after them as the rubber/seals aren't quite as robust/long-lasting as some other well-known makes.

products good, returns process not good.
The product quality was good but I needed a bigger size. Returns process does not encourage me to purchase Arena next time. I paid return postage but have still not received a refund or any communication .

Good suit albeit a bit pricey for a 9 year old. This our second in 6 months they wear out in the groin and legs. See if this one fairs any better. But great service and great product whilst it lasts.

Misleading sizing guide
Fairly good quality of women swimming costume, however sizing guide doesn’t reflect actual costume size, therefore I wasted money for return postage.
Disappointed and not satisfied and would not recommend anyone ordering any arena products online

Fantastic customer service, with swift resolve
Fantastic customer service when things weren't quite right with my order. Nikki was great, and sorted things straight away. 1st delivery was next day, as was the delivery of the order correction. Would definitely use them again. It was also nice to speak to someone for a fast resolve rather than emailing back and forth or getting awful call centre where you go round in circles pressing x amount of numbers before giving up.
