What a joke of a brand. Their size guide might as well be random numbers – nothing fits. Customer service? Nonexistent, unless you count copy-paste excuses as “help.” And if you’re an international customer, forget it. They don’t care, they won’t help, and you’ll just be stuck with clothes you can’t wear. It’s basically daylight robbery dressed up as fashion.

I have ordered a cashemere top and the sizing on the website are not right. They send me an other color and the quality is absolutely awful. They wont refund the 1300$ I have paid for the top they want to give me a store credit which I don’t want because I have already pretty much everything on their site. It is absolutely not okay and disrespectful to a good customer.

I bought the Nivi dress and needed to exchange the size and color and everything has been so smooth. Cushioned service at areyouami is so great and quick! Definitely recommend ordering, the quality of the clothes is amazing the lace of the dress was beautiful.

My absolute favorite brand! The designs are beautiful and the quality is amazing. There’s very few brands I turn to nowadays for nice clothing that seemed that it was designed with love and care. I also love that it keeps petite girls in mind. Customer service is great too!

They sell high-quality and well-fitting clothes that manage to make minimalism a statement piece. I think the design of the pieces are thoughtful in how they flatter and fit different body types. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I find that a lot of their pieces are worth the investment.

Areyouami is a beautiful and lavish shopping experience. It’s the best women’s brand to buy from that offers exclusive upscale going out outfits and the cutest casual/lounge wear. It truly is one of those “if you get you get it” All my pieces that i have bought recently came in the highest quality so it is definitely worth the money. Their clothing fits well and is super flattering.

Chicest styles and beautiful quality. Perfect pieces for nights out and daily wear. In my experience the sizes run small.

love their original designs! they have really become my go to for any birthday, special event, etc. whenever I wear my are you am I clothes I always get compliments!! the corset will always be my favorite especially, shipping has always been fast for me!

I have been a HUGE fan of Are You Am I for over 5 years now. I have at least 5 items and each one of them is incredible quality and timeless pieces. I am constantly keeping my eye out for new drops and want the Sunniva Pants so bad! Definitely my next purchase the next time they have a sale! They have incredible customer service and a fair return and exchange system. Their shipping is also insanely fast! I cannot wait to see the future of AYAI and to be apart of it as a loyal customer!

I have the Sunniva Corset and it’s amazing! Do size up though. I’m normally a S/XS with a biggest bust and got a size 6. Wear it every other weekend.

Unfortunately they sent me the wrong colour dress, I ordered the fawn colour and not latte, I’m extremely disappointed and it’s not the first time I have an issue with their orders, I requested a full refund as the dress I had ordered was also unavailable, right after I ordered it I feeel extremely discriminated against and it was for an important occasion.. please refer to the picture below here is a picture of the dress I received (wrong colour) they sent me the wrong dress!!! And it was all crumpled!!

DO NOT BUY !!! Scam artists!!! The quality is horrible! And they will not give you your money back even if you paid full price for a product. NO RETURNS!! Scam. There are much better companies with actual high quality products and a good company ethics. They clearly have no morals. They want to make as much money as they can while cutting as many corners as they can.

This company are a nightmare for international customers! DO NOT USE THEM.

I bought an item and was sent out a totally different garment.
After contacting customer service via the website - I was eventually ignored.
My bank had to retrieve the funds. . However FedEx also have now commenced debt collection as Are You Am I has failed to pay the customs charges and are being ignorant to any and all correspondence.

This company is being considered a scam company and fraudulent by the bank.

I ordered a Kaiser catsuit.
I have been wanting this item for a while and was excited for its arrival.

The ordering process was challenging, more so as customer service is difficult, abrupt and slow with responses, but I got there in the end and was beyond thrilled for its arrival.

I received the wrong item.
AYAI sent a pair of shorts as opposed to my ordered catsuit.
Additionally I received through the post a FedEx fine for £66.92 in customs charges.

I contacted the company, certain I would not be paying a fine for an item I had not ordered nor want- not to mention it is 3sizes too small so wouldn’t fit and advised that I need refund and this charge being paid.

AYAI said they would send a prepaid returns label, but kept avoiding topic of the customs charge I face- and have been threatened legal proceedings over.

I expressed that I am concerned that I will be charged further customs fees to return the item to them, and requested a guarantee that they would prepay this also. They refused to answer.

Responses from the company are extremely slow. They pick and choose what they will respond to and simply ignore the rest.

I have contacted FedEx direct to inform them of the situation and also contacted my bank to solve this issue and obtain my funds/ protect me from future charges of the brand refuse to pay the return customs fee.

This is my experience, that is ongoing.

I would not recommend this brand -esp if you are an international buyer.

Awful quality— raw hems, cheap silk, straps were literally a cheap cord. Fleur fu mal has beautiful slips for the same price.

Spoke and emailed customer service about a defective item I received - came piled. Their defense and excuse was that the dress is made from recycled cotton so this would explain the various areas of piling and undone seams. Refused to waive my return shipping because they didn't deem the item a manufacturer's issue.
