I bought a piece of clothing for my small dog, but what I received was a large dog’s clothing. It can’t be worn at all. I didn’t receive an email from customer service when I returned or exchanged the product. I was really disappointed.
Why is there not a 0 star option? Placed an order for two bandanas in March 2022, received email confirmation. Chased in April and May 2022 via email, no answer. Ignored my instagram requests too. Never received my items. Their instagram is still live, somehow.
