One of the worst Housing Association that one would have the unfortunate event in dealing with. First this is that when you do try and reach out to them via phone is a complete nightmare. Most of the staff that you speak to sometimes are rude and completely do not know what they are doing. They will initially make false promises that matters that are raised with them will get resolved. This is never the case. Secondly, when it comes to raising formal complaints is a joke and nothing ever gets done. I have been put through so much stress and hassle when it comes to reporting damage to garden fences and garden door as it requires replacement. They are trying to cut conners and do not want to spend money. They website is a joke as they have not updates their "repairs responsibilities" since 2022 and we are in 2024 which speaks volumes in terms of how professional they are. Their contract with MNM Properties is a joke. When trying to deal with them or chase up a job that was raised good luck with getting people of their seat to do what they need to do. You will be left in Limbo with nothing ever being done. I am sick and tired of having to send pictures and complaints after complaints when nothing ever gets done. Why are we then paying rent and service charge with the area looking extremally horrible and a welcome to all the thieves and drugs in the area. Lastly, in addition to speaking to someone in respect to your complaint I found that they were making excuse's and were rude to the point where I had to ask them to stop talking over me and listen rather then be dismissive
