Ordered a scarf from this company After being bombarded with adverts on facebook I succumbed at the beginning of January. Theycharge £7 postage so I expected it to be delivered fairly quickly. Despite several emails the item seems to be stuck in China. I thought I was buying from a company in USA but apparantly their warehouse there had sold out of this item and they had to request from their warehouse in China! (really!) They promised to put this on priority shipping but still no sign of it and my last email has gone unanswered. I am beginning to think this is a scam and I will not be receiving this item. I will now contact PayPal if I do not hear from them this week.

Arcpink doesn't even deserve 1 star! I placed my order on December 6. The last half of the order was delivered on January 27th. The clothing are very poor quality. I have sent several emails requesting to return all merchandise in order to receive a refund. The response was I could keep the items, receive only a $21 credit and they would send replacements. All communication ended with the customer service reps once I responded back that I had no interest on keeping the clothes or placing another order and that I am only interested in receiving a refund. As of today I have sent multiple emails and yet to have received any new communication for Arcpink. I recommend NO ONE ever order from this company.

The worst !! Do not order from this company . I ordered a bag on jan 6th !!! This bag is still sitting in china as of jan 27th !! I told them to cancel this order but I was told they could not . Wuhan china is in lock down. No way this bag is shipping !!
Poor material with hefty price tags - expect your clothing to fall apart
I took my disabled mother to The Ark in High St, Malvern and we ended up doing a big shop, around $1500. This was summer clothing, 3 T shirts, a light pair of trousers and a shirt. Not cheap items. A year later I returned to Australia and saw that the striped T shirt had holes all through the garment, where the grey stripes met the white stripes. Clearly the material was faulty. On showing Bec ? the sales assistant in High Street, she told me that the garment was more than a season old and I had no right to be complaining and ushered me out the door in a really demeaning fashion. I have never been treated the way she did and I was totally disgusted with her attitude. On talking to friends who also used to shop there, they have told me that the clothing quality has greatly fallen and you cannot expect these expensive garments to last more than a year. They have all chosen to stop shopping there. It's clearly not the same shopping experience that it was with the old founders/owners. We certainly will never return and will happily spread the word after that treatment. Shame on you Ark.

I used to use Ark regularly but after my last experience, never again.
I took two separate orders out for sale items (one for me, one for my boyfriend but wanted to pay separately). Double checked my details as I have a different billing and shipping address and all was correct, order went through. The next day wake up to an order cancelations due to me not passing security checks. Look on the cancellation email and Ark have swapped around my billing and shipping address!? On the original order and on my account they are the correct way round but on this ridiculous cancellation they are the wrong way round and this was then the same on both orders.
I tweeted the company, no reply. Due to reading on Facebook that the contact form on the website took several days if at all to get a reply (and of course no phone number) I messaged the Facebook page. After several hours I got a reply, no apology just a poor excuse of an IT error and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. No proper explanation, no apology and no interest in my situation. Maybe on one order an IT error would be understandable but on two! Then if thats the reason why not reinstate my order to at least offer some compensation as the error is your fault? Shocking excuses, shocking customer service and they have lost a once loyal customer.

Ordered from Ark on the 30th December (2pm), I was kept up to date with the order and the order arrived on the 2nd January.
Given that it was New Year I was not expecting the order to arrive so quickly.
Not certain where the negative reviews come from, I will order again from Ark.
ripped jacket
So I brought a khaki bomber jacket from an ark store in the highcross shopping centre at the beginning of September. I had worn it literally once for a few seconds to try it on for size. The first time I properly wore it on the 5th October it ripped when I was sitting at a booth in a restaurant. It hadn't caught on anything and I didn't stretch it (it was a little big for me anyway). It simply tore when I was getting up, so now I have a tear in a jacket costing £30. In my opinion it was due to the shockingly thin material used for the outer layer (I didn't realise how thin it was till it tore). I'm very annoyed and disappointed, such a waste of money and I can't even refund it or get a replacement (I still have the receipt, it's just too late). I wouldn't recommend buying from ark at all!! The workers were friendly but the fact that this jacket cost a lot and tears so easily is unacceptable!
Accused me of fraud
I will never use this company again. They are so rude accusing me of fraud due to security checks. I explained that I have moved to a new address for god sake. My card is registered to my new address so what is the problem? Ark decides to cancel my order and then send me this ridiculous email about fraud and security checks. When I replied to the email challenging Ark, all they could say was that they had to follow the strict security checks and I could place a new order if I wish to. Are they having a laugh!!!

After a painful three hours shopping with my 13 year old son we fell upon this shop he liked everything..Thank god!!!..returned home with a very happy young man. Ordered more items online that arrived 3 days later....very pleased mum

Loved ARK clothing from the minute I saw them and always wanted several items.
Luckily, my partner bought be a jacket 2 weeks ago and I have been waiting ever since.
2 weeks seemed a bit long for a delivery, so I emailed several times (You will receive an email in 48 hours.... 4 days later no email) before resulting to the Facebook page to get an answer on where my delivery actually was. Hours later before a reply, surprise.
Now I am disgusted.
Apparently, My item could not be delivered due to 'Incorrect Address'.
Considering all details and payments were made via PayPal, the details were perfectly correct. Simply, it would be utterly stupid to send my purchase else where?
Funny thing is, apparently if I order the SAME purchase to the SAME address it will be sent? Hillarious.
You took payment within HOURS of the purchase. An email was never sent to my partner confirming ID/Reference number and the purchase doesn't exist on the products list on his log in.
So no existance that a purchase was made other than via bank and PayPal. Scammers.
General scam to get more money, don't want items sent from the sale so that they can save them and charge more later.
Fully disgusted.
More so disapointed because I have been waiting weeks for the item that i've loved for months. My partner better receive the money back within 24 hours or the matter will be taken further.

Not worth it!
I ordered a lovely top and was really excited for it to come! Over 2 weeks later and nothing even though I had emailed and tried to call. I left it a few days and then tried to ring again and was on hold for over 10 minutes so emailed and still nothing.
Money had been taken and I had not received it and after several attempts I had no response. I took to twitter and asked on there and after a day they asked for my order number then a few hours later they told me payment could not be taken even though money had been taken from my account.
I would not have found out about this unless I continued to try and contact them! It is seriously not worth the hassle at all!
After a week and a bit of contacting them I finally got an answer!

so i read some of these reviews whilst i was waiting for myu order to arrive and was genuinely scared about whether or not my order would arrive, i found a gorgeous dress on the ark website reduced from 61.99 to 15. although it said it would arrive in 3-5 days, it arrived a day after dispatch. i personally dont get why everyone else is complaining about what i consider to be amazing services

I ORDERED 3 SHIRTS FOR 117$ AND WAITED 20 DAYS FOR A FREAKING "HAS SHIPPED" EMAIL, BUT I ONLY GOT A DISPATCH ONE, ITS LIKE THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER!!! Order not received. No reply from Ark.
I recently placed an order with Ark clothing. The order has not been delivered. I tried to contact Ark by email and telephone but without any luck, they didn't reply to my emails, nor they seem to be able to pick up the phone. Will I get my money back??
Do not buy from ARK clothing - poor customer service and just not worth the hassle.
Ordered from their sale, two days later I get an email saying my the dispatch of my order has been delayed.
Two days after that I receive an email saying they tried to call me, yet I have no record on my phone of such a call.
Turns out after accepting and confirming my order they are saying what I ordered shouldn't have been priced as it was so I will either have to pay more or receive a different item - no mention of the option to cancel the order and get my money back at all.
The order I placed also contained another item which is in stock, but for some reason they didn't dispatch it on time due to the other item in my order being problematic. I assume this is to save on postage despite the cost to the customer of not receiving their item.
Haven't been able to get hold of any one in their customer service, and will be reporting them to trading standards for breaking contract which they entered when they confirmed my purchase of the item, along with many other unhappy customers it seems.
I wont be shopping in their stores or on their website again. I will also be spreading the word throughout the Leeds student community of how bad they are. As a Leeds based company that heavily relies on student business I hope this will effect them and show them they have to treat their customers well.

I emailed as I thought it was taking slightly longer than usual to dispatch and got an email back right away. Then about 5 minutes later the order was dispatched. Picked up some great deals in the sale and they all arrived on time for a very good price.

Always very helpful! I have had a few problems, stock issues on the website, so they don't have the right stock I ordered and some faulty items. But Ark have always been very amenable and lets me know ASAP, sorted it out and any returns have been processed quickly and my postage refunded. I think everything is very reasonably priced the clothing is good quality! One of my favourite shops online, for dresses to vintage jumpers, they're perfect!

Was thrilled with my items I purchased in feb/ march again recieved excellent customer service.
Was watching a skirt I wanted in the sale ( feb/march time) but none left in my size was gutted however recently checked again + more sizes were back in stock which made me so happy! And led to purchase this skirt and another pretty one from the sale.
Sale prices were very reasonable for my skirts and I got free delievery with a discount code so was more than happy!! :)
Just as they say I recieved a text message and email telling me my order had been despatched :)
Items were safely wrapped and beautifully packaged in coloured wrapping.
