So far two orders, our latets order I reviewed elsewhere as being slow. Well, imagine my surprise when I got an email letting me know it had been delivered together with a photo and it showed that the delivery person had put it on our 'rubbish' pile in the barn..not I guess realising that although a lot of empty boxes would make think twice about leaving it there. Nevertheles, its here and thats what counts and Ark Wildlife went ahead to let me know offering to replace it if it wasnt!! So for me that helping without asking adn going the extra mile. THANK YOU ARK WILDLIFE!! excellent service.

Very friendly customer service staff, polite and competent.
Quality of the animal feed is outstanding, and the delivery is quick and reliable. 5 stars all around, one of my favourite online shops.

Disappointing to see prices have increased by over 10% on some items & that minimum order for free delivery has increased from £25 to £30. It's a shame because I already spend a lot with this company but will have to look elsewhere from now on.

I bought a bag of squirrel nuts and food early one afternoon and it was with me before lunch the next day, brilliant service. The squirrels adore it and seems to be great quality with a good mix of nuts and seeds. Definitely recommend

Brilliant, quality products with fast delivery. Regularly order the hazelnut kennel 10kg for our Scottish squirrel visitors! They love the hazelnuts and can not get enough! Buying in bulk can be quite costly but this product is worth every penny!

My new Bempton bird box arrived two days ago, and I am delighted with it. It is absolutely beautiful. I have never been a `bird feeder` except for throwing bread outside, but having bought my daughter a dovecote and being smitten with the availability and variety of boxes, tables, poles and stands I went for this one as it does look very `Country House` Currently though it is sitting in the middle of one of my patio tables as I don`t have a WALL to hang it on, only fences which I don`t want bringing down with the weight, so have ordered a Postfix bracket to fix to a concrete post that pertains to be able to support a hanging basket filled with compost, plants and water without buckling, so I hope my bird house is as stable. (Addition to this. The Postfix bracket arrived and did not fit my concrete post. Be careful as they are galvanised brackets and will not bend. Measure the post from front to recess of your post BEFORE you spend the money like I have. So far, I have only seen a Blackbird enjoying her new found dropping in spot but when the bird house is sited in a less exposed spot I am hopeful that we might see some other varieties as well, nevertheless it is lovely to look at.
P.S. Subsequently I discovered that product that I can`t quote exactly but it is "Sticks like......" and it DID stick the bird box bracket to the concrete post - so much so that I had to leave the bracket when I left the house. That product does exactly mean what it says and is my `go to` adhesive now whatever ! Further comment on the large Bempton bird box. Sadly, though I absolutely LOVE it, the small birds do not like it - or rather they didn`t. I made the 4 large openings much smaller as all I got were blackbirds, pigeons and squirrels. that worked to some extent but the squirrels are relentless so this evening I am going to make the openings smaller still so that I can ONLY accommodate the small birds. I used ply over the top section, fitted inside and sprayed the same colour as the outside, but I am going to use 1/2" square strips now glued top and bottom, to make the opening impossible (I hope) for anything large to get in. The quality is nevertheless lovely and it looks so pretty, although now with latticed windows.

We ordered some bird boxes and feed from Ark Wildlife. Once item didn't reach us with the rest of the order but they resolved this quickly and professionally. Communication was second to none, email response was very quick and the team kept me advised every step of the way. I will be using their services again.

I recently bought a very cute Brampton bird feeder, roosting pouches, food and a hanging feeder from Ark. I was very impressed by the speedy delivery. I will certainly use this company again.

received my bag of hedgehog food quite quickly, I hope my hedgehog can eat fast, the sell out date is December 2020. Thats in 4 days time.

We've bought all sorts of foods garden feeders from Ark Wildlife over the years and they're always very good. We even bought our little, wild hedgehog a house and that's where he now lives and hibernates. We've only once recently had an 'issue' and they were quick to make everything ok again. I REALLY recommend them!

I ordered a "Frogilo" frog house which I am really pleased with. The website was easy to navigate, the delivery was quick and the price was competitive. Product arrived in excellent condition and was well packaged. Fingers crossed the frogs in my garden like it as much as I do!

Excellent products, the monthly offers are great value. Yes, they may be slightly pricy for some items but you are paying for quality and I don't want to feed rubbish to my garden visitors.

The hedgehog crunchies in particular have been extremely well received and are great value - I leave them near our hedgehog highway hole in the fence to entice passing hogs to our safe garden and we now have 2 resident hedgehogs plus a visitor :)

Delivery is always very fast too.

What's happened to you, Ark? I've been a faithful customer for a number of years, regularly spending over a hundred pounds at a time. Last month I bought 26 kilos of classic sunflower hearts for £36 - today I suddenly find I'm expected to pay £15.80 for just 8 kilos! I understand prices go up, but that's a ridiculous increase. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. It's a shame, because you used to be a lovely company to deal with.

I’m happy to have discovered Ark Wildlife, the quality of their feed is excellent. No mouldy monkey nuts or stale looking peanuts. I feed the squirrels and birds in our garden, and if they leave food uneaten you know it’s not good. Will be a loyal customer.

Shopped with Ark for a length of time, spring catalogue out of date, 20% increase in prices just far too much. Found another supplier.

I buy all my hedgehog food from ark wildlife and the hedgehogs love it. Great service with next day delivery!
