Ashley & Connor are an asset to the company. They carefully orchestrated a tricky delivery up 4 flights of stairs on a 34 degree day. Fab delivery team.

Fantastic products, brilliantly made. From the showroom to delivery - perfection. Anna in the Bristol showroom helped us choose our new sofa, and her knowledge was expert. Ian and Mark on delivery were great - even in 31 degree heat!

Absolutely love my new Hector armchair and Otti snuggler bed which were delivered yesterday!
Coupled with my Otti sofa, rug, cushions and a button stool which is due to turn up anytime now, my house is beginning to look like my own Arlo and Jacob showroom!

Also special mention to the delivery teams who go above and beyond, (this time especially) as Ashley and Lal had to get a pretty heavy snuggler bed up a tight set of stairs and managed it with ease

This company were fantastic from start to finish! The showroom staff in Tunbrdge Wells were so helpful, especially Lidia. I always have a fantastic experience when ordering from Arlo & Jacob, the customer service and workmanship is incomparable in my opinion. I received my order yesterday (the Sofia chair) which was delivered by Ollie and Liam. Every item of furniture I’ve ordered has been exceptional quality but what makes the whole experience even better is the superb customer service and this extends to the delivery team who take so much care in their job. Thank you to the whole team once again for a beautiful addition to my home!

We decided it was time to replace our ageing sofa and visited the store on a Sunday. The range on display is excellent, and Mame was brilliant and she helped us navigate the options and find exactly the right sofa and fabric combination for us.

We went ahead and bought one on the day, only to get home and realise we'd not measured properly and actually wanted the larger size. A quick call back to the store and Mame sorted the change effortlessly, with a fast turnaround on delivery too.

We later decided to add stain protection, and Leanne at the branch walked us through the product, what's covered, and took payment again, completely hassle-free.

Everything about the experience was smooth from start to finish. My only complaint is that sofas last long enough that I won't need to go back any time soon , it really was that enjoyable an experience.

Very efficient, informative, helpful and friendly service. Really couldn’t ask for more. Our counterparts were Mark and Ian for the delivery and Louise in the store, and all were great.

Was a great experience buying the sofas, Morgan and Nike at the Islington store were very helpful in helping us select. Mark and Ian were incredibly helpful and lovely when delivering the sofas and pointed out useful information we may need in the future.

Super helpful advice on colour and pattern in the Tunbridge Wells store. Customer services helped get the sofa delivered on time when we encountered an issue and finally Ashley & Conor were the delivery dream team! Thanks all, I’m looking forward to sinking into my new sofa :)

Great service from the moment we walked in the store until we had our sofa delivered. Leanne was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The sofa is great too, very comfortable and feels solid as well as looking great.

Great company to deal with very patient and understanding . Laura at the Solihull branch was a dream! The delivery guys Ian and Mark were also setting the sofa up and were so quick!

After ordering the Otto corner sofa from the Solihull Branch I was very happy with the customer service, the sofa arrived within the timeframe and was delivered by Mark and Ian, who were very professional and treated my sofa with care.
We had a small issue with a thread and after calling the customer service Amanda B arranged an appointment with Andrew the upholster to visit my home he was very efficient and dealt with the problem.
All the staff in the Solihull branch were also extremely helpful.
I would also like to mention Elia from the Nottingham workshop who was very happy to arrange lots of samples to be deliver until I was finally happy with my chosen fabric.
The sofa looks lovely, although the seat cushions are quite firm I was expecting this as the staff had already told me it can take some time for them to soften.
