Stole my money, never sent my basha. Not even a brick. PayPal would not refund. Scammers

They refund me after 3 months, multiples e-mail and this review. I am editing to be fair.

I placed an order on the 15th of March and I’m still waiting. I contacted customer support and3 days later I was told one piece of the order was out of stock. They don’t bother telling me. I asked them to send my trousers instead and they said they would. It’s the 31st March and I’m still waiting. I ordered these products for a hike and now I don’t have trousers. Useless company!looking at the reviews, they clearly don’t care about customer service. Clearly incompetent.

Happy to update this review (see below for full picture). Even thought it took a couple of calls, they have completely sorted out the issue. They sent a courier to pick up the wrong item and replace it with the correct item. I would use them again.

Order some clothing, it took six weeks to arrive and was the wrong size. I initially emailed them to find out about a replacement/refund however had no reply, so tried ringing. The customer support over the phone was definitely better, however on the first call I was assured that they'd send a courier with replacement, but I've had to chase this up with a second call. Just got confirmation that a courier is delivering the right size and picking up the old package so I haven't had to pay postage to send it back which was great. They did explain that they have had a lot of problems during the pandemic but that they are hoping to get everything back on track, they're not a large company so when you ring you get one of the owners on the phone which is good.

I ordered a limited edition opinel knife for my stepdaughter birthday, it hadn't arrived 10 days later so I emailed asking where it had got to, the next day I had a call from a lovely man explaining that the knife was out of stock and now discontinued with the supplier so offered me another pattern, he was so apologetic and polite and the next day my alternative knife arrived. So I must say that though communication fell a bit short on dispatch the customer service after I emailed them was excellent.

Waited over a month for an axe, eventually getting a refund instead of the product I need. Useless store will never use again. Stear clear and spend your money elsewhere, I ordered the same axe elsewhere and it came in two days. Guys step up your game is my suggestion.

Placed order early December for Christmas delivery - item ordered was something special for my son. Contacted Becketts one week later as item had not been dispatched and was told it had sold out (despite being advertised as in stock), but more stock had arrived that week and would be delivered in time for Christmas.
Item was never delivered to me and 6 weeks later my emails polity requesting a refund for the order they couldn’t fulfil go unanswered.
Avoid this company at all costs and do not give them your money or custom :(

Placed an order over a month ago. Was told that it would be with me by Christmas and it wasn’t. I’ve just found out it’s not in stock. Dreadful customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ever using this company.

Placed an order more than a month ago. Was told it was out of stock and will be be dispatched as soon as they get it back in. Sent 2 more emails to enquire about the status of my order and still no reply. Getting really annoyed that no one is responding. Not happy as it was a gift and not even a reply or an offer of a refund.

I had a pleasant experience buying specialist equipment

I ordered a couple items online. After nearly a month nothing was received. Got in touch and was told the ordered items were not in stock (thanks for telling me) and would I like an alternative, the alternative wasn't suitable so I requested the order be cancelled and this was acknowledged. Four months later my card has still not been refunded. Very poor!

I was looking for some cargo shorts and couldn’t make out the sizes so I called and the Gentleman was helpful and very polite, my shorts arrived and fits great,excellent quality.
Great price and great service.
Definitely going to ordering again,I fo recommend Becketts.

They have got great customer service and always make sure you are happy with the product. if they feel it is not in good condition they let you know and give you multiple options on what you can do. They offer a great range of products.

Oh fantastic. I’ve been looking for a type of combat trousers I only ever want wear for work for nearly a year after the one I had for 4years began to ware away.

So I done numerous searches online under many different names (name of the combat trousers) and I nearly gave up till I done one last search and I came cross these guys. I saw payment method was PayPal which was more than good enough for me because if anything went wrong, there be no middle man and it would have been left solely to the seller to resolve any deputes as they see fit.

Anyway....PAYPAL YAY - I didn’t even think about it, I went right on in there and brought 2 pairs.

A couple days later it came, but the bag one of the pairs was in was opened and the other was not which suggest to me the opened one could have been tried on by someone else before he sent it back. It was neatly packed though... yup.

Anyway so I soaked it in disinfectant and bunged it in the wash. It’s the reason for 3 stars otherwise it would have been 5.
