A good experience buying a car, I don't buy extras and I only want to know how much I will pay with no additional charges as that is irrelevant. The sales guy followed my requests with no hard sell. I was happy with the deal offered after some short negotiations and was very happy with the process. Rob was a good guy to deal with very friendly and open to have a bit of a laugh
Overall no problems and a happy customer.

Car was about the right price for make model age and condition. But only valeted one side and no car matts supplied which is cheap and nasty

Car was bought over the phone with help from S Mc. Test drive was arranged and sale agreed.
Small issues after car was home were resolved quickly by our local Arnold Clark (VW Linwood, Siobhan was extremely helpful).

I started my car search at Arnold Clark in Liverpool where my wife purchased her car a few years earlier.
The product consultant, Andy, introduced himself and asked us to have a good look around and let him know if we had any questions.
We saw a car we liked, and very quickly Andy gave us all the car details and sorted out a test drive. There was no pressure whatsoever.
The purchase process was straightforward from there, and the car was prepared exceptionally well.
All very impressive, and thanks again Andy!
