Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Understanding, problem solving and to the point without the usual template answers and non-solutions.

My gas cylinder gave up after some time and after ordering the slightly wrong model customer service helped me get a deal on the correct part :)

Happy that I can get back in my chair again. I'll remember the brand going forward

Outstanding customer service!

Had a problem with the tilt function on the Arozzi Vernazza. Customer service responded quickly and sent a new part which I received in less than 24 hours. Outstanding customer service at Arozzi Europe!

Incredibly Quick to Replace a Part

My Arozzi Vernazza arrived with a broken part. I contacted support who were incredibly quick to respond and sent me a new part free of charge just as quickly. Excellent customer service.

Contated Arozzi support regarding a broken part for my Arozzi Arena Moto gaming table. They promptly sent med the part directly, free of charge. Very efficient and prompt replies. (Great product too - I was entirely my fault that the part broke.)

Had my Arozzi Monza for 10 years now

Had my Arozzi Monza for 10 years now, I've had my £140's worth out of it and it's still going thanks to the customer service at this place. If you ever have any problems, even 10 years later just contact them and they will hook you up with spare parts. absolutely fantastic company.

If you're looking for a gaming company that truly cares about its customers, look no further than this amazing company. I have been a loyal customer for five years, and I am continually impressed by their commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Recently, I had an issue with my motorized desk legs breaking just one month after my warranty expired, but the company went above and beyond to make things right by agreeing to replace the desk for me, even though my warranty had expired. Their willingness to help and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

I always got a response e few minutes after sending a message and once the problem fell under warranty, i got a message that the package was on it's way for delivery and 2 days later I got the package, my desk no longer falls on one side

A company that truly values their…

A company that truly values their customers.

Yes, there are many chairs on the market - but I adore Arozzi chairs and how they solve problems.
I had a chair for a 1year + and chairs mechanism died.
What I did not expect that support was extremely helpful and ordered a spare part for me in 5 minutes, I received RMA code in 10.
After 5 business days, I received my package with a small delay. Today I received a new mechanism for my chair and it works again like a charm!

Fantastic, guys keep up good work.

chair for 6 months

Had this chair for like 6 months and it's already messed up, can't even sit on the damn thing anymore before it jumps down automatically, what kind of bad product is this? glad i didn't pay for this crap, holy moly

Don't buy their cheap chairs, not even worth it anymore, just buy a chair from a solid place that's 10 timers cheaper as well, probably 10x better too.

If my uncle could get a refund i'd advice him too, cus damn, 6+ months and this thing is already getting started to slowly getting more and more tedious and annoying

outstanding customer service

I recently purchased the vernazza gaming chair due to its comfort- next to none- however when i brought it home and built it, the back left back panel had broken. I emailed the arozzi customer service and they were extremely swift to respond- 7:30 the next morning, offering to send a replacement. Their customer service is outstanding and commendable, couldn't recommend them enough

Please double check the quality especially stitching. I have this as a gift and it’s such a hassle to return it in store. Have a visible hole and I have photos of it.

Arozzi Mezzo V2

I purchased the Arozzi Mezzo V2 a year ago after going through around 5 chairs prior and £1000 in expenses.

I can honestly say this is the best chair I have owned, no issues at all and very sturdy and supportive with a great tilt feature if you like to tilt. It has 100% improved my posture.

I recently emailed them as I accidentally caught the side and broke a bolt cover, for which they emailed back straight away offering to send a replacement.

They are also one of the best companies I have ever dealt with regarding customer service and prompt responses.

10/10 and my next chair will definitely be from these guys, although I assume that will be in quite a while as this one is still in perfect working order.

Amazing business that really looks after their customers

Great company and great warranty service. I bought a racing sim rig almost 2 years ago. 3 of the screw holes that hold the steering wheel in place were stripped after over a year of use. The screws kept coming loose and I had to re-tighten every week or so. Eventually the screw holes stripped and deemed the product unusable. I was glad to find out that the warranty period is 2 years! I emailed them about my issue and they got back to me within 24 hours and shipped me a replacement part!

I will apply loctite thread locker on the screws when I get my replacement to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Honestly a great company and great product which had only one flaw!

Bought my son a headset along with his…

Bought my son a headset along with his desk and chair also arozzi. Table stunning and well made , chair takes alot of use and shifting about and they headset clear and well made.

1yr and 4 months later a wire came loose in the headset. So I contacted arozzi and three hrs later the advisor was issuing a new headset.

Received 4 days later which was great and in the box they had included one of their arozzi black cap for free.
