Amazing company

Would not buy again.....

This chair did not even last me a year. At first first it was squeaking a ridiculous amount, then the padding on the cushion gave out causing a something in the seat to poke out. I even had issues with the wheel breaking. Please keep in mind I am not a large man, I am a 5'11 and 159 pounds. There is no reason this should have taken place as I have taken good care of this chair.

I emailed Arozzi and after the wrong parts being sent to me, shipping being charged to me without notification and still not having the chair fixed under warranty, I have not heard back from Arozzi. I am now out approx 400.00 and now shipping for wrong parts. I have emailed Arozzi multiple times and their customer service has been very poor, I have not heard back from them in over a month after being promised shipping fees would be compensated.

The best support team you can wish for!!

The best support team you can wish for!!

After 6 months of using my Arozzi Vernazza Soft Fabric, I got my seat really hard and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. I tried to contact them even that I bought the chair from other eshop (Alza.cz). I sent them a video of squeezing the chair and they said, they see the problem and they will replace it. I got the new seat part for free in a week and now it is really comfy again. Special thanks to Gustav Svensson Möller for being really helpful and nice.

One word, Amazing!

What a great service, my back rest broke of my Arozzi Verona Pro V2, and within a few mails, I got send a entire new back rest, free of charge! Amazing service, 10/10! Would recommend every one to give Arozzi a shot, great brand, great service and amazing products!

Arozzi Torretta

I was quite undecided whether to buy the Inizio or InizioPU model.
The Pre-sales email service was perfect.
I asked a lot of information about the measures, the fabrics, which model was best suited to my needs ..
I always received precise and "VERY FAST" answers
In the end I decided to invest a little more and bought the Arozzi Torretta model for my 8 hours of smart working.

As soon as I started assembling I had already realized that the product was very solid and sturdy ... not like those "all plastic" gaming chairs that creak and fold.
Assembly was very easy.

I wanted to try the "rocking" mode but I could not get it to work, and after a couple of photos and emails exchanged with the assistance "Maybe I had mounted something wrong" but instead I was told that unfortunately the mechanism was not working in the proper way.
After 3/4 days I already had the new mechanism that they had sent me ... replaced and away ... rocking mode working.
Another clarification ... during the assembly phase I realized that 4 washers were missing .. and an email was enough with the photo of the screw for assistance and away ... washers arrived.
After-sales service .. TOP QUALITY.
I can only say that the materials are of good quality. The wheels roll like a wonder ..

The confirmation of all this will be seen with time .. and use!

One of the best support teams that exist

I had some issues with the tilt mechanism of my Primo Woven Fabric chair, but the support team of Arozzi solved the issues extremely quick! They have send me a couple of replacement parts without any hassle and even took the effort to check some things on some chairs they have in their office, just to give me the most accurate answers.

Apart from the support team itself, the chairs are high quality and very comfortable. Great job, Arozzi!

I cant wish for anything better. Example of a support response.

Short, concise and on-point communication with the support team. A part in my seat broke and i contacted the support team even when i bought my chair from a different vendor. They responded on the same day, new parts (seat and backrest) arrived a week after my warranty event. Replaced them in 20 minutes and my chair is as good as new! (no charges whatsoever)

Broke a wheel.

Bought a Arozzi Verona Pro V2 via Wargaming a year ago. One wheel broke off and I contacted Arozzi Sweden on friday asking what wheelstand to buy and they replaced it free of charge. Arrived on monday the following week. Great chairs, and superb customer service. 11/10

After paying a lot of money for chair

After paying a lot of money for chair, and using it for few months the chair seat base started to ripe. Arozzi ACCUSED me of doing similar cases with similar photos. They sent me a photo which was ripped as much as it could (my was in 99% better condition) and they said that it is mine.

What a shame, that they are accusing the customers? I sent them every detail, that my chairs is different from the other that they sent to me. After this accuse they ignored me, because they knew that they made mistake!

Thank you Arozzi, next time i will buy DXRacer for my son.

Thank you guys for excellent customer support!

I bought the Velocita racing simulator but to my disappointment, one of the adjusting screws was crooked and there was a scratch in the paint on one of the parts upon arrival. I contacted the support and got an answer immediately that they would send out a new parts! I got the parts 3 days later. Must give the highest rating to this company for the fast response time and their very nice response!

Great support even after warranty.

Bought a chair five years ago and last year the armrests started to crumble off.
They made a special link for me to buy these parts after the warranty.

This year the new pads werent as qualitative and they replaced them free of charge.
I love this brand! Awesome chairs with equally awesome support and people that stand behind the brand.

Top notch service and quality!

A year after buying a Arozzi Sfera microphone from another vendor I experienced some static issues with it. I emailed the Arozzi support explaining the situation and less then 24 hours later I had a brand new microphone at home! So, the support was really top notch!
Regarding the product its unfortunate that I experienced an issue, but overall it has been an excellent quality for its price tag! Would recommend Arozzi to anyone! 👌

Good quality product. Best support you can get!

I would like to start by recommending this to anyone looking for a new gaming chair. I bought the Arozzi Vernazza Gaming Chair and the quality and comfort is perfect.

I had a problem with the chair 1 week after I puchased it because I am a dummie. I couldn't make the tilt function work and broke the tilt handle by using a bit too much strength. After that I contacted Arozzi support by filling out their support form. I was expecting a reply a day or two later, but no not with Arozzi. 8 minutes after filling out the form I got a reply with a solution and they even sent me a new tilt handle.
Best and fastest support I have ever experienced!

Quality: 10/10
Support: 10/10
What more do you need.

I recommend Arozzi.
