Bus stop repeatedly closed for some buses not others. Made an official complaint. Reply rubbishy gobeldigook and didn't address complaint. Buses more empty because of poor administration.

Never turns up on time. Even worst the app will mislead into thinking of will turn up and your left standing the cold yet again

Person pay they money for tickets that…

Person pay they money for tickets that are so expensive at that I get up early everyday I leave my house two hours before I have to go to work, tell me why I have to wait a whole hour for a bus? Tell me why the bus times are not accurate? Tell me why when buses are scheduled at a particular time they’re not showing up it’s actually ridiculous and unprofessional and it live the bus drivers don’t care.

1st of the bus usely gos at 7.49 then…

1st of the bus usely gos at 7.49 then delayed by 2 minutes then said it was cancelled so I run to the train station and there is also a bus stop there , so I thought il get the train to work if the bus doesn't show up . So the bus then shows up I got the bus in case the train was delayed but why put it's cancelled absolutely stupid

Useless and unreliable

My partner relies on the X4 bus to get to and from work. It’s constantly late and multiple times on her way home the drivers have even taken it upon themselves to cut out half the route because they’re running behind (this happened twice in one week once), leaving my partner in the waiting in the cold for a bus that’s not going to turn up with no warning. This is absolutely unacceptable. We then incur extra costs because she either has to get a taxi home or I have to travel over an hour from my workplace to pick her up which not only takes up time but more fuel. She has reported this countless times and only ever seems to go in circles and when asked to take accountability they go radio silent. Some serious compensation is in order. If you have no choice than to use this company I genuinely feel sorry for you. Avoid like the plague.

The reviews are on bus number 2 Milton…

The reviews are on bus number 2 Milton Keynes . From where I live to go to the centre the bus goes around the world. So for a ten minutes to town I can end up doing 25 minutes! The same coming back! I rather wait for the 21 bus from Olney ( comes only once an hour) much faster ! They cut one bus and put many new places on the bus number 2! I try to avoid that bus.

Stop leaving early!!!!!

Leaving the stop 3 minutes before the bus is due to get there is hugely inconvenient on a Sunday service as they are already infrequent.

Embarrassment.

Only a 50% chance it will show up, late by upwards of an hour constantly
Even if it is seemingly on time it will decide to change itself to not in service with no prior warning.

Not Reliable.

Arriva is not reliable.Especially X26 and X27. They always cancel the trip immediately.

I waited on Friday the 10 th of …

I waited on Friday the 10 th of October for an hour and a half ,on Woodside for a number 4 bus going to town ,I had finished work and just wanted to get home , I had a day saver but had to spend more money by getting a taxi , can't believe this service , I see number 4 s:going to madeley and not returning , they go straight to town from madeley putting a no service on their buses .

Overcharged constantly in Ashby de la…

Overcharged constantly in Ashby de la Zouch with tap on/tap off. Buses late. Afternoon school bus arrives in town at 3.20pm- yet kids finish school at that time, it takes 10 mins to walk to town, pointless. Occasional v rude driver wanting a row.

Another incident today where a driver aka soap dodger was rude to a pensioner with mobility issues. Thes rude grumpy old men need to be sacked. Shame on Arriva allowing this behaviour.

26 Oakwood is the worst service it…

26 Oakwood is the worst service it desperately needs more buses and the timetable needs to go back to every 20 mins you can’t get on the bus because of number of passengers on the route it’s nearly always late and is never on time

It about time this bus company was…

It about time this bus company was replaced by a reliable company. My grandson goes to Stafford college from Newport and it's not very often that he gets there on time, the buses will either drive straight past the stop because they are too full which i think it's disgusting that people are allowed to stand if all the seats are full, you have to wear a seat belt in a car and you sure as hell are not allowed to stand up in a car if all the seats are full as you only allowed to take as many people that the car has seats for so why the hell are you allowed to stand up in a bus where you get thrown about. They are delayed or like this morning the last 2 buses were cancelled. It's a bloody disgrace and then they say use public transport. Yes use public transport if you want to be late as you won't get there on time

Rude bus drivers and dirty buses

Bus driver on the 140 to pontefract told me that my 19-25 card was not valid unless I was a student which is wrong after checking with metro. He was so rude and defensive and made me pay for another despite having a valid ticket and embarassing me in front of everyone. Bus also smelled of urine and was really dirty.

You are one total and utterly sh## company can't even make sure there is a bus to pick kids from school hemel to watford number 20 cancal 2 buses. Why can't you sell to a company that cares.
