Terrible customer service if they make an error
I’ve previously ordered through eBay and it was fine, but this time I decided to order from their website. Big mistake. I’d ordered lots of items, but one was missing. It was only a £1.99 nose stud, but I bought it specifically to wear to my mum’s funeral, because I’m trying to wear all her favourite colour. I emailed, and heard nothing back. The web form to submit an enquiry online doesn’t work. I’ve tried using their live chat help, but nobody responds. There is no telephone number. It’s looking like I’m going to have to raise a complaint with my bank. It’s stupid because it’s such a tiny amount of money, but the principle of the thing does matter. I’ve said in my contact that it’s for a funeral, so they know that I’m working on a tight schedule, and their website says they respond within 24hrs. Overall, almost unbelievably poor customer service and it makes them seem very untrustworthy. The jewellery iteslf is fairly low quality, but about what you’d expect for the price; I’m guessing it comes from somewhere like Crazy Factory, which is cheaper to order from directly but has a wait time as it comes from the EU. Overall, I would not use this business again.
