I have used arrow electrics in the past. I needed a new seal for my Zanussi washer dryer.i called and provided the serial number and my part was delivered. I was offered some great advice about not using washing liquid, doing a weekly hot wash and using Calgon. I was also advised to clean the holes in the top of the dispenser draw as they were blocked. Great service and price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Really helpful. As an amateur choosing the correct light fittings didn't go to plan. Arrow couldn't have been more helpful with advice and processing exchanges. Prices very good and fittings good quality. Will use again.

Very competitive, quick delivery & great communication highly recommend

Ordered 4x 82mm bezels - as were being advertised on their website. They sent 4x 80mm ones.

Contacted company and their response was: 'Unfortunately, the bezels only come in the 80mm size, not 82mm as listed on our website. I apologize for the mistake.'

They wouldn't issue a refund until I returned the items that they had sent in error. Yes, their mistake!
I did this at a cost of £3.95. My money, for their mistake!

They refunded me original cost of items - but not the postage I originally paid them. Several emails later they refund the original postage. But not the £3.95 I am out of pocket - for their mistake!

Several emails later they still won't pay the £3.95 I paid to send back the item they sent to me - having mis-advertised them. Oh, did I mention, their mistake!

I had received the wrong item due to an error on the sellers website, but this was promptly addressed and I received a full refund.
I would be happy to use this company again in the future.

We went to Arrow electrical in Cricklewood whilst the show room had good selection of lights their staff did not know much about lights! At one point they looked up lights we wanted on search engine and suggested we buy on-line from somewhere else - which is appalling & not being helpful. We were going to spend in excess of £3000 and we decided to go somewhere else who can offer informed decision making info. I would not recommend this store especially if you are retail!

We ordered a light some time ago, but a delay in work meant it wasn't fitted until yesterday. The glass when fitting cracked. Despite being purchased at the end of last year, a replacement glass was arranged quickly. Excellent service.
