Customer service non-existent
I have tried to contact the CEO of Nestle regarding their Arrowhead Water Division. I had been an Arrowhead customer for decades. I usually buy 50 flats of their water yearly. I got tired of bottles that won't stand up, are so misshapen that the water spills out, and the screw caps split and cannot be used in transit or even on my desk. I wrote to CEO of Nestle in Gardena CA and CEO of Arrowhead Water in Rockford MN. I did not receive a reply or even an acknowledgment from this company. If you call customer service, they do not even know the name of their CEO nor their mailing address. Their negligent attitude towards customer service is obviously running rampant throughout this deadbeat company. I will NEVER buy any Nestle products anymore and especially won't buy Arrowhead water anymore. Somehow they think they are the only game in town. I have already replaced them with a more reputable water company.
