Wonderful experience
From start to finish everything was handled in a professional and friendly way. The paintings by Lorna are beautiful and I can't wait to have them framed and up on the wall. Carol went above and beyond in helping me, her communication was friendly and tip-top. Dispatch was incredibly quick, and thanks to the artist's efforts, delivery was the next day. The artist also wrote a lovely personalised card to say thank you, which was a wonderful touch.

Terrific customer service
This was such a smooth process. It helped that Carol was in touch straight away and explained the duties and handling fees as we were buying from Poland. The artist also contacted me and confirmed when it was shipped. The painting arrived in less than 10 days from placing the order. The real positive was the interaction with Carol to make sure everything went smoothly.
