I live next door to a company that uses Arthur David. It’s been absolutely hell. The company is a disgrace with its delivery times. Over the past year i have been woken up around 5am throughout the week and on weekends almost daily. Drivers leave engines running, slam doors and chat loudly in the street. Despite almost weekly phone calls and emails to the company the deliveries still continue on a residential street. They have access to the main entrance on a busy high street but keep coming up with excuses to deliver at 5am on my quiet residential street. It’s at the point where my job has suffered due to exhaustion, and valuable working hours are wasted trying to resolve the problem. The lack of consideration for people they are disrupting is shocking.
Arthur David brilliantly set up a full home delivery service during the covid-19 lockdown and I've ordered several times now. Not only is the produce better than supermarket quality but the customer service and delivery teams are brilliant, one of my orders (Saturday delivery) didn't make it on time so they sent it out of hours on the Sunday instead. Cannot fault the Arthur David team for quick thinking, their amazing response to feedback & high quality products. Hoping to never use a supermarket again!
