Leah was amazing
Leah was amazing. She brought my wedding album vision to life and made the process to smooth and streamlined. Creating a wedding album seemed daunting to me as I had so many photos to choose from and Leah really made the process so easy.
96 blank cards
I ordered 100 wedding thank you cards and 96 were blank. But the real problem is that AU won't give me a full refund.
It's way too expensive for poor customer service.

Moises did a beautiful job designing our wedding album! I'm so grateful for the expert help, and can't wait to receive it in the mail!
The printing quality is extremely bad
The printing quality is extremely bad. The photos came out darker than usual + blurry. Plus, their return system isn't well-established. The only way you could ask for a refund is via their customer service inbox, which is not very efficient at times. *There are no live agents at all. You will be prompted to an inbox sending out an email all over again. Lesson learned - don't trust those so-called "influencers"for these printing services. Usually they are not reliable, I could find higher print products in elsewhere with just 1/3 of its price here.
Professional storyteller, high quality design
I was so impressed on how quickly our wedding album was put together, and well our story was told through the organization of photos! Thank you again, Moi!

Design Services Well-Worth It!
My design consultant was friendly, responsive, and in lock step with bringing my vision to life. She made the experience worthwhile - responding quickly, addressing each and everyone one of my comments, and being creatively open with our pictures and making it the perfect guestbook for our wedding. I absolutely will be using Artifact Uprising again for our future photo needs as well as their design services! The time saved was well worth the extra money spent.
Working with Maria on our wedding album…
Working with Maria on our wedding album was an absolute joy. She was professional, attentive and with a great eye for detail. Throughout the process she guided me with thoughtful suggestions, making it so easy to choose between so many beautiful options. What I appreciated most was her patience and the way she made me feel at ease, it truly felt a collaboration. The final result captured our day perfectly. I highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a designer who cares deeply about both the work and the people she works with.
Our designer
Our designer, Lizzy, was great! She nailed the first draft and was super accommodating (and quick) on edits. Can't wait to order!
Gorgeous quality, professional team
I was a bit overwhelmed as I was trying to do six albums at once but the creative team walked me through each step. They offered suggestions, listened to and incorporated my ideas and were very responsive and patient with me. The end results were beyond my expectations- so beautifully designed and executed. I can’t wait to create another book with them!
Your entire system is very well run
Your entire system is very well run. Sarah, the Acct Mgr, contacted me within a day and my friend had suggested I use the design services which I'm very glad I did. I knew which photos I wanted for our book and the in-laws book, but I needed help with placement and sizing. Lauren made it so easy, she had great ideas and was very accommodating with my requested changes. Overall, great experience!!!
Horrible Customer Service
I first want to preface by saying that I never write reviews. However, this absolutely awful experience deserves one from me!! I chose to use this company to order my wedding photo book album, an album for both sets of parents, an album of our honeymoon photos, a Christmas ornament, and Christmas cards – in 2 separate orders (wouldn’t have placed the second one if I would’ve received the first order before I ordered more products).
The Christmas ornament came first and everything was fine. I paid extra for our wedding and honeymoon albums to arrive before a certain day, and had to reach out to them when it didn’t (they refunded for the shipping, which was nice) and received it way late. I was beyond excited to look through my 60-page wedding album when it finally arrived! Our wedding album only had HALF of the pages in it…yes, half. After page 30, there were no more pages. I reached out to the company and they only allowed me to get a refund (at first they only offered 50% refund until I pushed for full) on the book or to reorder at regular cost!! The least that they could do for their mistake would be to send a corrected book, but nope!
Then came the books for our parents. One of them was fine, but the other had a hole on the front side of the spine. The shipping box was not damaged at all, so the hole had to be there before it was put in the box. THEN my Christmas cards came in cut uncentered (I went back and checked that I didn’t make the mistake when ordering) AND the return address that I had printed on all of the envelopes said “undefined” where the state should be…so I couldn't use those. Once again, even after all of my trouble, they still only offered me a refund or to reorder.
In total, there were 24 messages back and forth with the company throughout all of these issues. The most frustrating experience and unsympathetic support I’ve ever dealt with. A simple quality check assurance would’ve done wonders for my orders.

Wedding Album
I had a great experience recently making my wedding album with Artifact Uprising!! The final product turned out exactly as I wanted it to and more! The shipping was extremely fast. Thank you!!
Nice photo books, terrible customer service
I recently ordered several wedding photo books and they turned out well. So I was surprised when the photo ornament I ordered arrived damaged and of poor quality. When it arrived, the wood was warped to the point where the glue wasn't sticking anymore, so the glass and photo were basically sliding all over and were at risk of falling out and shattering. I wouldn't be able to hang it on the tree or use it. The photo was also a low-quality print, and quite dark. I contacted customer service hoping they could allow for a return / full refund, but the rep ignored my comment about the frame being warped and only responded to the photo quality, saying it was just the difference between looking at photos on a backlit screen vs. printed (not true, by the way, as I've had this same photo printed by both this company in the photo books and from another company - looked fine elsewhere). The customer service rep was unable to provide a refund, and only gave me the option to reorder it. I appreciated the effort, but I don't trust the quality so I'm not interested in reordering. If you ship damaged goods, there should always be an option to refund. Based on the customer service alone, I would not take my business here again. So just be warned if you do spend money here, you won't see it back if something goes wrong.
Major problems with their layouts
I ordered a baby board book and spent quite a bit of time compiling the photos and formatting them so they were well within the “bleed area”. After receiving the book, almost every photo was substantially cut off. When I emailed about it and sent screenshots showing that I had placed all photos well within the margins, I was told that this was considered a “customer design error”, but they’d make an exception and redo the book for free if I paid the shipping (about $15). They said they recently made updates to the board book so there’s a “slight reduction in size”, but that there’s no way for customers to know that because they haven’t updated their editor and the PDF proof would still show the old margins. So you just have to guess and somehow know that the margins they show are wrong. Then, when I received the second board book, the photos were all ok because I made sure to make them substantially smaller, but the letters on the page were cut off. Recommend using someone else given the poor quality and blaming customers for errors on their end.
Ruined Christmas and awful customer service
Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered 3 wedding book albums for Christmas presents to my parents and my wife's mom and dad. My wife ordered them with more than 6 weeks ahead of Christmas so they would arrive on time. When they arrived 1 of 3 books were correct: two duplicates, one incorrect foil cover and 1 book entirely missing. After 2 weeks of back and forth (mostly my wife emailing customer service 3-4x before they reply once), they agreed to re-order the one book that was missing. It did not arrive by Christmas... NOW, they won't refund the incorrect book. Kim is absolutely useless. There is no good way to get in touch with anyone other than multiple emails. For a "small business", this is no way to succeed. Its a damn shame.
