I've ordered off and on for many years, depending on time etc re artwork. Service and communication has always been impeccable, pencils arrive very well packaged and have never had an issue with breakage.
Can't recommend more.

Great communication! Pencils were packaged very securely and they work well - I wasn't able to finish one of my pieces till I found this shop! Usually prismas are very hard to find in the UK. The pencils arrived so fast and the prices are amazing. Would definitely buy again!

Excellent speedy service - ordered on Friday evening and the pencils were delivered on the following Monday morning. It's fantastic to be able to purchase only the required pencils rather than a full set, much more economical. Brian was also really helpful and quick to respond to queries.

easy to use website, great person to deal with i got nearly 30 pencils from Brian,
i had an issue with one of the colours, i emailed the company and Brian sent me a replacement straight away.
