DA EVITARE

Prezzi troppo alti e nonostante questo mi hanno imballato un oggetto garantendomi in modo categorico e ripetuto che avrei potuto portarlo in aereo senza problemi. L'ho portato in aereo con me in cabina, quindi non in stiva, con tutte le cure del caso ed appena arrivato a casa l'ho trovato scheggiato. Ho scritto educatamente ad Art Naji chiedendo la sostituzione ed hanno rifiutato. Non acquistate nulla da questa gente, tanti sorrisi e tanto teatro ma serietà zero.

Wir haben bei Artnaji einen in Handarbeit gefertigten Springbrunnen gekauft.

Lieferung ca. 7 Monate anstatt 3 Monate
Qualität ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die Umrandung rostet schon. Der Abfluss ist undicht. Die Pumpe nur mit Klebeband elektrisch zusammen gebunden. Das Mosaik schlecht ausgefugt.

Es wurde uns eine teilweise Kostenrückerstattung zugesagt . Auf die warte ich bereits mehrere Monate, trotz Mahnungen.

Eine total unehrliche Firma.
