Still not received after 10 weeks or so. Had to chase to find out it was damaged and needed replacing.

They sold me an item on their 'Marketplace' section and took the money, only to respond in a month saying the item was not available, would not be sent and eventually gave me my money back. Would urge caution on using Marketplace part of website.

There was a slight delay with framing, which is hardly surprising at the moment. However, I was kept fully informed right through to delivery by amazing customer service staff. Very reassuring as I live in New Zealand and was ordering a framed fairly expensive print to be delivered to my daughter in London.
