Reneging on agreement

I was contacted by Tony Oakey also wanting to purchase some of my art as an NFT. I operate under the name Whozart. After the initial purchases I received 24 ETH in my ArtsLooms account. I thought I'd with draw 5 ETH which is the minimum withdrawal amount. The withdrawal fee is 0.50 ETH. I transferred 0.50 ETH from the 24 ETH I had in my ArtsLooms account - nothing received for days. So I contacted them via WhatsApp and told them I had transferred 0.50 ETH to withdraw the funds. I was then asked to provide proof !! Luckily I took a screenshot of the transaction. They returned the 0.50 ETH. I was then told the 0.50 ETH had to come from my personal wallet. Because I didn't have the money to purchase 0.50 ETH I reached agreement with ArtLooma that I would send 0.25 ETH and once I receive the ETH, I would immediately send the back 0.25. This was agreed to, I sent 0.25 ETH. I received a message back saying, "Alright Kindly contact Mr Ally on WhatsApp for your instant payment @ +1 (225) 200‑9407". I contacted Mr Ally on WhatsApp, I was told I had to withdraw all of my ETH, not the minimum of 5 ETH. Mr. Ally reneged the agreement above and told me that I had to pay 0.50 ETH in total now or my account will be suspended. After some heated exchanges, he refused to honour the agreement made by ArtsLooms and to stop waisting his time. All my ETH has been deducted from my account. At this stage, I don't have enough funds to purchase the additional 0.25 ETH. Mr. Ally is the Withdrawal Manager.

I do not trust them

I do not trust them. Grok AI thought they could be a scam. They say they market NFTs, but I could never find a listing of their fees, and I kept getting hit with escalating fees. I paid a significant amount of money and they said I earned a lot from sales of my art, but I could not get those funds delivered to my external wallet until I paid a final fee of over $16,000. I curse the day a person who called himself Tony Oakey from Ireland led me to the site in order for him to buy my art. He would not deal with any other site. I had to mint and sell my art as NFTs on that site. He kept encouraging me as I encountered one fee after another. I plan on filing criminal complaints with the FBI, the FTC, their website administrator, the BBB and others. They claimed they were in Australia, but their website is registered in San Mateo, California, and their contact phone number is also there. So I will be filing complaints in both locations. I do not trust them; I do not like them; if they are not illegal, in my opinion and experience they have acted in a totally unethical way with me. I paid over $8000 to them, and they wanted over $16,000 more. I have not received one cent from my alleged “sales”. I have been battling with them for over several months. Ask Grok about its evaluation of that website, and decide for yourself. I told them I was filing charges against them; since then I have not heard one word from either the company nor Tony Oakey. My external wallet, Crypto.com in a chat room said they thought it was a scam. That is my opinion, too, and Grok AI, but I have having the professionals investigate and determine if that is true or not.
