Garbage, very low quality. After my refund request, no contact possible any more.

It has taken a month to get a tshirt and it is still not delivered.
The excuses are repeated and ridiculous. I just want a refund .
I will warn my friends to steer clear of this company.

Absolute Garbage. I would not recommend at all. Item is nothing like was pictured or described. Junk. Zero stars.

Like everyone else my purchase looks nothing like the advert , quality is dreadful. Has a white "mark" stuck in the stitching on a black shirt. I complained and offered a 20% discount voucher "really" I've asked for a part refund and received no response

I too wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this disgusting rubbish. Total con. Got the parcel today - cheap awful plastic material - nothing like the photos. I certainly won't wear it. It is not knitted, does not come from Ireland as stated (made in China).
After reading what everyone else has said I won't hold my breath about getting my money back.
This site should be taken down. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs about it.

I ordered a size xxl sweater. ( #ASP 0000469)

However, the item that arrived was a size L chest size and l to medium arm length. In addition the material was some kind of cheap synthetic lined with a peculiar white material.

I contacted this supplier on Jan 27th and then a week later after receiving no response to my email.

On February 6th I received an email stating “ We have submitted your request to return your item to relevant departments who will review your request.” To date I have received no further response!

Beware of purchasing anything from this supplier. The photographs look good but the actual goods are cheap, nasty and do not fit. Furthermore any attempt to obtain a response to complaints is shuffled off to some “relevant departments who will review your request” and good luck with that one!

How I wish that I had read all the reviews on here before ordering anything from this ‘rip off the customer’ website! The clothes are made in some coarse synthetic fabric, horrible to touch, never mind putting it next to your skin! The items look nothing like the illustrations on the website. I too have been offered a 20% coupon to use against a future purchase! What?? I wouldn’t be that stupid again! I don’t hold out much hope of getting my money back but I will keep on trying. I’d feel ashamed to put the items in a charity bag, they are that dreadful. So buyer beware!

Minus stars is more like it, I wish I had checked these reviews before buying. Product is nothing like the picture not even cotton, nothing is good about the product. Takes them a few emails to contact you and then they obviously have the template reply ready for 20% off from another product on their website. I know I'm not getting a refund not wanting to pay the return postage and then probably not ever see my refund, it's not worth my money or time. In the future I will check for reviews first.
Please don't buy anything from them.

‘Artsshopping’: BUYER BEWARE!

On my daughter’s behalf, I ordered the ‘We’re Six Embroidered Sweatshirt’ from Artsshopping, having seen their adverts on Facebook and Instagram.

When it arrived
- the crowns and wording were NOT embroidered at all
- the sweatshirt was printed in a grey colour and therefore shiny; it was NOT a grey material as shown on the website

The description is therefore FRAUDULENT. Sadly, I cannot upload photos here, but the online photos and description of it being ‘embroidered’ and being a grey material are MISLEADING.

I contacted Artsshopping immediately requesting a full refund and said that I wasn’t prepared to cover the return shipping costs either. Their reply informed me I should wait 5-7 days for a decision. After 9 days, I contacted them again and reiterated all the above points. In response, I was offered a 20% coupon for their website to ‘keep the item’ and ‘to avoid the high cost of international shipping costs for [me]’. There was no mention of a refund.

I replied again and said I required a full refund for my daughter who has paid me for the sweatshirt and that I will donate the sweatshirt to a charity. In my last two emails, I underlined that I would post this complaint on social media should I not get a satisfactory reply. Sadly, that is now necessary, however, they have conveniently removed themselves from Facebook and Instagram so I cannot directly comment there at the moment; rest assured I will though at the first opportunity.

Do not under any circumstance buy from this company. I purchased what I thought were 2 long sleeve soft cotton tops but what arrived were 2 dreadful nothing like what I had purchased and are only for for the recycling bin.
I've only given them one star not because they deserve that but because I couldn't give none. Be warned!!

Do NOT order from this store. The items are dreadful and look nothing like what you order. It's not just a slight color difference, but an outright lie. I had been waiting for weeks for my order an had planned on future purchases. Once my order arrived and I saw I had been duped, I was livid. Cheap screen printing on a fabric I can only describe as shiny, scratchy plastic. Not the soft t-shirt material as advertised. The so-called sweatshirt was the same.

I have just received my sweater cardigan which is absolutely diabolical!! It's not even knitted, it's polyester or some such material & doesn't look anything like the photo. I had tried to cancel the order but they took such a long time to reply that the order had been shipped - surprise!! I'm not even going to send it back, I'm not paying more to send it back to China! I'm just going to chalk it down to me being careless on the website & I won't be doing that again. I've sent an email to them telling them how diabolical it is.

Item definitely not as advertised ( cotton mix) item is 100% polyester.
As well huge billowy balloon sleeves - not shown in advertising)
Made contact to return ( with photos) initially answered but still no return shipping address .. now have gone dark and not responding at all..
These are true con-artists.
Do not buy from them..
I would give zero stars if the system would allow…

The items I have ordered are awful! The sizi g is wrong on the T-shirts the small was at least a size 18. The material is very poor quality and the sweatshirt was dirty! The print on the items is also out of focus. I have sent an email about refunds but not expecting any response

This is a scam do not buy from them. I bought allegedly an aran jumper and knitted cardigan.

What I got was wrong size and jumper printed onto cheap sweatshirt like material

This is something I would not pay £5
for let alone e the amount they charge

The pictures looked great and I was so looking forward to receiving my Icelandic jumper and cardigan.

Disappointment does not even begin to explain my feelings.

This is a scam. Its a rebranding of a Chinese site called elevenforest which is no longer contactable. They faked a Trustpilot link, they faked the photos - they are horrible plastic with designs printed on the front, worth nothing. Do not trust this site
