I received excellent service from…

I received excellent service from customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to terminate my private lease contract early and as quickly as possible. The customer service team really went above and beyond to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible. I was also kept well-informed, and the communication was friendly. They're fantastic!

SCAM!!! DO NOT LEASE VIA ARVAL / JUST LEASE!

I took over the lease contract from a friend since May 2024. On the 3rd of May Arval sent my KYC confirmation mail to a different person (name + email address) which is against the GDPR law!

Arval added a wrong bank account to my contract and even after endless attempts from my end to change it into the correct one, they kept on failing. The result of this is that I received straight away a final demand letter from their external partner for not paying any bills instead of communicating this to me first. After that I tried to fix it again with everything I could and again I received a few months later another final demand letter.

Further more: Arval changed the duration of the Lease contract without communicating this to me (from December 2024 to May 2025). I needed to pay this, there was no other way around.
I first received the month January 2024 for free, but later they’ve decided that I should still pay it, which I did.

When brining back the car, there was no problem. However, later Arval decided to charge me for damage on the interior and the back door which isn’t true!

At the moment I don’t receive any response and the customer support center is ignoring my emails.

ARVAL SERVICE LEASE = ARVAL DO-IT-YOURSELF LEASE

ARVAL SERVICE LEASE should change its name to ARVAL do-it-all-yourself LEASE because these people are quick to lie to you to get you off the phone and will move heaven and earth not to help you if you have a problem.

their website got stuck on the last step of confirming the appointment for oil check. this was a free spot so I mailed them to plan this spot for me. did they do it? no! 'they suggested ''I could call the garage myself to plan it.'' not the first time this kind of stuff happens. What is my employer even paying you aholes for?

During our trip through Scotland we had a one sided accident to our car. We reported this to Rianne van der Gaag from Customer Service Center.
Rianne was a great help advising us what to do and we could thoroughly recommend her.

5 star lease company

Our relationship with Arval (NL) is/was always flawless. When I needed to contact them, always received an answer immediately, and this also happened when I came across with Rianne.

I am super happy with Arval, when it comes to lease, I’ll always choose Arval.

Super Employee

Since the end of last month, I have contacted Arval employees by telephone several times. My conversations always went well, but the last time I was very satisfied with Mrs. Rianne. She was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to act.

I called arval to discuss some issues…

I called arval to discuss some issues and they were very helpful and informative.
For now i did not encounter any issues with my lease.
Would recommend doing business with them. All my questions were answered within 1h satisfactory.

Leasing contract transferring

I have been trying to transfer my contract to another person for the past 28 days, and I made it clear from the beginning that it was an urgent matter. Unfortunately, no attention has been given to the situation. We have been calling every day to try to get it done as soon as possible, but until now, they have only made promises. I strongly advise against making any contracts with Arval. The only thing that works well is their financial department, which can make you an invoice really fast.

Audi Delivery Delay

I have been waiting for my car for more than a year already, and Arval just told me that I will need to wait another 7 months before it will arrive. If I knew how bad the service was going to be, I would have gone with another company.
