They made me pay too much

They made me pay too much, which I unfortunately realised when I got home. They never paid me back, even though I contacted them.

AMAZING SERVICE

I purchased a bugaboo trolley this morning over the website. 4 hours after their driver deliver it to my doorstep, complete assembled.
Great communication from their side, as they called to make sure I was home, and when the driver left the store.

The service was just perfect. I needed the stroller to be delivered within two days, as I had a flight to catch. We discussed on the phone with the service person that the usual GLS delivery should be able to deliver the package within these two days with 95% certainty. I was already satisfied with the service. But the next day I got a phone call from them proactively asking if we want the stroller to be delivered to us within in an hour or so, as they had a car which was supposed to drive by our house. So I got the stroller delivered within one day, instead of two. And I was not even insisting on it, as I thought that standard GLS delivery would be sufficient.

These guys and girls definitely go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. Two thumbs up!
