I originally invested $439 with this company as a "Start up" on August 13th of 2019 with an intended result of getting two of the Vezo360's. It took several years to get one. It has never worked. I have only once received a response from them that was in no way helpful. In short, a very bad experience in every regard. I have sent yet another email to them without response. I would not even wish this company on my enemy, never mind a friend. Stay clear of them. DO NOT do business with them. You will be sorry.

Even if you receive your device (I finally did), it won’t work. In my case, I am unable to connect to the Vezo 360 using the iPhone App Store app. Customer service for ArVison is non existent.

The company refuses to ship me the product Vezo 360. They do not answer any question.
Stay away. This is pure scam!!!

They collected about 2,5M on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Nice. However, when it's time to send the rewards, nothing. Not so nice.

Total scammers. Don't do business with them!

Sadly, we have all been screwed by this company. It was so long, I no longer have the cCard to file a fraud claim.

There are two things that I will NEVER do. That is Lie and STEAL. And these THIEVES Ripped us all off. Except the one person that received his this month.

I ordered the Vezo 360 a long time ago from Kickstarter, I finally received it last week, after paying the additional delivery fee. It is amazing, thanks Vezo team.

This guys are criminals, they never send anything, they never made the product, now they are asking more money to send the product…

These people are still trying to scam us by saying that your shipment got lost so send a "nominal extra payment" and they will send another one --- after 4 years?????
Indiegogo has washed their hands of it by saying that the scammers have changed the "status of the campaign"

I am one of many who fell for this dashcam scam. After claiming delayed development for 2 years they now claim the product is finished and is ready for shipping.

I never received mine. Today they sent out an email
claiming a "small" amount of users never received their camera but that they are willing to resend a camera for more money.

Just stay away from this company and Ms Vivek Soni.

They are just scammers !! They just send me an email saying my perk has reach the country, but no tracking No, and the best is coming ! They are ok to send me a new one but I have to pay the shipment 😂😂 This may be interesting for Indiegogo or kickstarter company, they are covering real scammers !!

Scam! Fraudulent Company on Kickstarter. As Backer I did not get the Camera, even though it is available according to them. They do not answer any mails nor do they update any Status Informations.

Indiegogo still maintains that the scammer ArVizon is being truthful and the thousands of backers (7,516) including myself are all liars when we say we have not received the dashcam we backed.
I have asked ArVizon for the name and details of the courier they have employed to deliver the VEZO360 to each and every one of us. If they wont or cant do this then this is clear evidence of fraud on their part facilitated in this scam by Indiegogo

ArVizon scammed me through IndieGogo. Claims my contribution has been "fulfilled", but never sent the camera. This company is a big SCAM. I contributed the the campaign for the product Vezo 360 in 2019 and the company neither sends the updates nor replies to my emails.

I too was made a chump by these crooks. I have been waiting literally years for this product, only to be lied to about shipment. All kickstart companies and the projects on them are full of scams. Go to Vegas. The odds of winning are just as good.
