Promised delivery in 24/48h, it's been 3 working days and they have no information about estimated delivery or were the parcel is.
Contacted delivery company which informed me the parcel is to be returned to sender due to a mistake, but the Asalvo refused this saying they have no information and won't do anything to resolve the problem, have to wait a week to see if it's delivered.
Very poor service for a cost of 12€.
I would like to leave a review for the Asalvo brand tricycle Discovery. After using for about 2 months I can say that I don't recommend it. I have concerns with its safety belts. My little one was 10 months old when we purchased it and I would say it is not suitable for this age. There is big about 12cm gap between the bottom safety belt and the baby. That means baby is sliding constantly down and not keeping back straight close to the seat. I needed to roll the towel in order to place it in this gap. Safety belts doesn't have cushions and not supportive at all, child is not buckled up safely.
This tricycle doesn't have a foot rest. This is big con because child was looking where to place and rest legs so we needed to come up with some solution and make our own footrests.
Sun shade is useless. There wasn't even one time where it helped. It is located pretty high and doesn't cover the sun even above the head.
The overall construction is not great, I must say.
I found exactly the same tricycle on the chinese market platform for half price and they said they can attach any logo.
The only plus is this tricycle can be folded.
