Quick and efficient, I’ve received the certificate with the results within few hours after they received my sample.

order a testing kits for 2 sample, it arrived without respirator, clearly state in the instruction manual literally the most important safety gear for the whole thing....only found out on the day of testing, went to the nearest hardware store bought one and hoping they will reimburse the amount, saying don't have this policy......it's more than fair to ask for the missing mask, one week later still not arrived.....very bad company policy and operation procedures

Clear and easy process and rapid results.
However, there is a lot of plastic waste associated with the testing (plastic sheet, gloves, overalls, etc), much of which some users may already have. This results in not only a lot of plastic waste being disposed of, but also a significant extra cost. Would it not be better to have the protective gear as an additional extra, rather than a compulsory component of each single package.
